I like this Wing Stop, it’s about the same as the other locations I’ve visited. It has the greasy wings, sweet and salty fries, sweet tea, soda, etc. I’ve been to three different Wing Stops and they all seem pretty similar in product, service, and décor. I guess that’s a good sign. They are trying to keep things consistent. I guess if you’ve been to one Wing Stop, you’ve been to them all.

Crappy employees who are indifferent to the loss of a regular customer. When customers complain about not getting what they ordered, don’t brush them off. Address their concerns and, in the long run, you will earn back whatever profit you lose by fixing the order now. Why is that so hard to understand? I am really bummed about boycotting this place because I did like their wings, which is why they got two stars instead of one.

Messed up the to go order and gave me the wrong wings, wings I couldn’t eat. Fries and bread were stale. Dining area itself was pretty gross. This place has gone way downhill this past year. 2⁄5 won’t be going back again.

This is my first time at this location and the woman who took my order gave me such bad customer service. Told me my total before I finished ordering. She gave me such a judgmental look when I was ordering. Just because I’m dressed in my pajamas doesn’t I won’t spend money here. Tip of advice, your customers are the reason why you are in business. She needs way better training or needs to get a job she loves. Will never come back here to this location again. Would not recommend to anyone. #byegirl

Wings… i come here twice every month. Just got to love their wings. My husband always order Louisiana rubs and I order Lemon pepper. Their fries and veggies sticks are good too. I don’t like how we have to pay for dips but i guess it’s wingstop thing not just this location. Go to their website and just for sign up you’ll get free fries and free stuff on your bday.

Okay so the employees aren’t always rays of sunshine, but their customers are jerk holes most of the time so you receive what you deal. I love coming here, I’m addicted to hot wings covered in bleu cheese and this is how I get my fix. Their fries are bomb, and you can get them extra«done» if you’re feeling picky. You can pretend to be healthy with veggie sticks as well. The employees here know me by name, I think that’s a characteristic that will always keep people coming back. Makes you feel like a little celebrity. Got free drinks once, that was cool. It’s a chill location, the manager and employees who’ve been there for a minute are fab. They deserve more good reviews.

Wings were delicious except iordered bone in not boneless. Prefer bone in. Thought I was clear but hey mistakes happen. Place wasn’t busy at 3 in the afternoon. Healthy side of veggie sticks came with the combo order. Good deal. For the money.

To the sexy dudes at wingstop! Thanks for the legit customer service! The one in Natomas closed the doors on me and my friend 15 minutes before the closing time so I was a bit dissapointed. I don’t think people understand when a gal needs to satisfy her gut game. But thanks to MANNYANDSTEVEN for letting us order our wings and to be honest tastes way better than the one in Natomas! Finally fries that aren’t overly oily, salty, and sugary. Thanks again guys!!! hash tag #wedoitfortheWANGZ

When my children and I moved to California from South Carolina we were desparate to find an equivalent to a restaurant called Zaxby’s that sold hot wings. We were super excited when we stumbled across Wing Stop. We have been eating Wing Stop for years, my recent interaction at the Wing Stop near Ikea in West Sacramento has made me put Wing Stop on my long list of restaurants I will never frequent again. I went to Wing Stop on Wednesday of this week and ordered and received 10 bone-in wings with the spicy korean sauce and 10 bone-in wings with lemon pepper. My daughter and I both noticed that the skin on the chicken was a little rubbery and that the chicken inside also didn’t seem completely done. Call me crazy, I have never in my 41 years of living heard anyone ask at a restaurant to have their chicken undercooked. Because I have been a Wing Stop customer for a while I gave the m the benefit of the doubt, everybody has an off day right? So yesterday my daughter and I went back, this time I only ordered 5 lemon pepper wings with the bone in. Again the chicken was undercooked, so at this point I’m livid, Wing Stop is not cheap so I called the restaurant to let them know that this had happened to me for the past couple of days now. The girl on the phone was rude and clearly not happy about me calling, after she sighed a million times she said she would put the manager on the phone. The manager came on the phone(about 15 minutes later) and told me that if I want my chicken cooked well done I have to requests that at the time I order. I was floored, I have NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER asked for my chicken to be well done at Wing Stop, yet it always has been. From now on, I will definitely be cooking my own wings and food, it’s cheaper and healthier anyway so in the long run they did me a favor but eek, undercooked chicken, Happy Salmonella Wing Stop!

I asked for their regular seasoned fries with parmesan right? They gave me dry fries with Parmesan twice and the male manager got mad at me because his cashier can’t take an order correct, he said I should have asked for sauced fries and have me some with garlic on them. I never asked for garlic. It’s very simple to make regular fries and sprinkle some Parmesan on them I mean it’s in a shaker. Don’t make your job harder than it has to be, this is the last time I’ll eat here. I’ll just go to the natomas location seeing as they don’t have such a rude manager that has no respect for his customers.

So, once again I find myself at wing stop! I actually just found out that I can sub fries for potato salad with a meal and the potato salad is pretty good. The staff here is always super friendly and chill. Everyone here is watching the game that’s on so that’s cool too. The food is always so filling. Like 5 wings will fill you up pretty fast too! Yay, wing stop!

THEWORSESERVICEDONOTEATHERE First of all the place is EMPTY to begin with and the manager or whoever answers the phone has nerve to be RUDE. I asked him to separate the other and he said«YOUSHOULDVESAIDTHATOVERTHEPHONE Now I have to blah blah» like excuse me what else could you possibly be doing in this vacant place ? I ended up paying for dinner because he wanted to be a jerk and make it a big deal instead of just separating the ticket. When a customer asks for something you don’t yell at them u just do it! 5STARSDOWN

I am such a sucker for this chain. I’ve been on the look out for a Sacramento location since my favorite Wingstop was in the Bay Area. I was very pleased with this one. Greeted upon entry by the friendly cashier, I tried not to do a fist pump as I spotted the awesome Bajillion Flavor Coke Machine. Always a plus in my book. I was satisfied as always with the boneless wings. Guilty pleasure, I admit it. I’m one of those weirdos who dislikes the texture of bone and gristle in my food. This place is always placed above the Mighty B Dubs in my book, because the food, quite frankly tastes better and is cheaper. The fries are sprinkled with crack seasoning, and the hottest available sauce tastes amazing, unlike the Buffalo Wild Wings equivalent. Plus, you always get more food at this chain, and you’re paying less. BWW is great for special occasions and variety, but I like Wingstop as a chain much better. This location needs to keep their counters, tables, and soda machine clean. Plus I found the dining area quite cramped. Other than that, good location and now I know where to come for my wing fix. Tip: If you want your wings«wet,» you usually have to specify this. I like mine Original Hot and swimming with sauce, but they don’t do it unless you ask.

Wingstop, my love for wings. You sure as hell did not fail me here. I placed a phone order while I was shopping at Walmart(yeah I was there again LOL) and the young guy who took my order was very nice and polite. He told me my order would be ready in 15minutes. Maybe after 10minutes at Walmart I went into Wingstop, mentioned how I was present and paid, then received my order, that quick! Pinch me! Because when I would go to other locations, they would make my order as I step foot into the restaurant. So much for ‘skip the line’ But anyways, it helps to order online or by phone, because when you’re in a hurry, your trip can be swift, in and out with your bag of goods. Ahhhhh I’ll def be back after night classes!

Two visits to Wing Stop now and my low opinion has been confirmed. The food is unappealing, the menu confusing, and the whole experience pales in comparison to dozens of other local chicken wing options like their most obvious competitor, Buffalo Wild Wings. Why no love? Mainly the product. The cajun wings tasted like fake butter and salt, the fries included sugar and had a sickly sweet taste and the cheese fries means they simply add nacho cheese from a machine. It’s a la carte for the most part, meaning you’ll spend a lot of time asking questions and deciphering the many options while a line builds behind you. I had to pay an additional 2 dollars for ranch and blue cheese(free almost everywhere else, including Buffalo Wild Wings). Throw in the fact that we were literally the only ones there and it took over fifteen minutes to get our basic order and I’m pretty much set on driving a little further to BWW for my wing cravings in the future. If you do come here, make it Monday or Tuesday when they have their .50 cent boneless wing nights.
