When they were open the staff was very rude to my wife an I. They treated me as if I had no knowledge of firearms or ammunition. Which I am a dealer. Paid in advanced for 200 rounds of 38 super. They were to special order them, waited 9 months. Checking in periodically getting the run around about new ammo distributor. After the 9 months had to bring in the recipes to get my money back which they weren’t wanting to refund me. I believed they have since closed there business which is for the good. I was so happy to have a gun store in West Sac open only to have been treated so poorly

Arrived here, says open till 5, doors are closed. No way to get in. Drove 30 miles pretty much for no reason. Would be helpful if it would at least say only by appointments, not that it is open because it is misleading.

Behind locked doors, by appointment only! They didn’t have the ammo I was looking for so I never saw the store. How would I know if I would want to shop there.

Unilocal said it is open. I am sitting here in the back lot. I checked the doors and they’re locked. I made multiple calls and went to VM. What a waste of time driving here for the good reviews.

Great customer service, great selection of firearms and reasonably priced. Everyone needs to come checkout what Aim U Nation has to offer from firearms and the tactical firearm simulator.

I went in today and meet Rene and Walt, I found them to be friendly and attentive, they spent much more time showing me around and allowing me to demo the simulator than I expected.
As for the Firearms Training Simulator, it is capable of many different scenarios ranging from realistic tactical training to family friendly shooting galleries. There are both pistols and long guns that are working weapons that have been modified to work with the simulator and include some recoil (unlike the old systems, they are cordless too).
I will definitely return for many more sessions.

I’m writing this even though I did not buy anything on my visit. I think that the treatment that one gets, when ‘just looking’, is sometimes as important as when one buys something.
I went in to look around; I told Walt that in the future I might be in the market for a handgun for self defense. He listened to what my past experiences with guns were, then took the time to take apart a Glock in front of me, to show that these guns in particular were not difficult to clean and then reassemble. He wanted to show me that I should not be afraid of choosing an automatic, simply because I thought them too complex.
Walt also showed me their Tactical Firing Simulator which was quite impressive. I can well imagine myself using it when I am ready.
All in all, I was superbly treated. When I do go to buy a gun it will be through this store.

My wife and I went to Aim U Nation on Friday, September 27^th, 2013. We heard about their new tactical firing simulator and were very eager to check it out.
We received a warm personal attention, were greeted with information and explanations and quickly found our way into the new Tactical Firing Simulator. Using the modified firearms is simple and intuitive (as these are real firearms that have been converted to use of laser and CO2 canisters). We’ve tried several of the timed firing range scenarios which were excellent. We’ve experienced the Shoot/Don’t Shoot simulations as well and I have to say, I was impressed with the level of realism. My body was shot full of adrenaline, my skin had goosebumps… it felt REAL. If you want to know how you’d react in a real life situation, you owe it to yourself to visit the tactical firing simulator. It’s well worth the distance (We came down from Gold Country for it) and cost.

never been to this place saw a gun at this shop online and i called to ask how much is it out the door. then tell him to break down the amount. 699 gun+59 tax+70 dros=828. okay fine guess thats how it cost for off roster gun. then i ask him why 70 dros and others gun stores charges 25. he say thats how much they charge. i also ask him is that for 70 dros fee for all your guns? yes it is. wow after i heard that they lost my business. i understand if u charge for sse but 70 dros for all guns is just too much.
i also agree with john c. base on the website they do charge a bit over retail. if not for this gun is hard to get i wont even bother calling them.

Walking in its a small store in an office of another business. They don’t have much of a selection and prices are at least 25% higher then any other store in the area. I asked the associate about a firearm referencing another gun i own and got into an argument about how my gun is illegal in California and didn’t know what i was talking about. I must say that was an instant turn off to this establishment. High prices and incorrect information. I dont undertstand how this place could have close to ⁵⁄₅ stars.

Went around Sacramento just to go to gun shops, wanting to order a light for my shotgun. Checked out their website and found out Caylan the owner was in the 82d airborne like my husband was, so wanted to make it a point to support his business.
Little difficult for us to find, but once we did we got buzzed in and were happy we stopped by this place. It’s not a huge place, but can’t wait to watch this guy’s business grow, as I’m sure it will just based on the fact that the customer service was phenomenal.
Great guy, very helpful, took the time to track down exactly what we wanted, didn’t pressure us or talk down to us like we’ve experienced at other gun shops. He ordered the light we wanted and can’t wait to go pick it up. Will definitely be back in the future!
