I like thin crust pizza and this pizza was so doughy and undercooked, terrible. Got Quatrro cheese and ended up throwing it out

If you order buffalo wings you have to ask for sauce because they come with a spicy batter only. That being said, the batter was well-seasoned, crunchy, and they were absolutely DELICIOUS! We will order them again for sure. Pizza was also delish and had good texture to the crust, and just the right amount of cheese and sauce.

Can’t hate on West Naps! The family is super friendly, the food is both awesome and cheap, and they always try their best to make you leave with a smile on your face! Gotta love the family, they are truly amazing people along with running an amazing restaurant!

Have ordered from them four times now even though I moved into West Roxbury two weeks ago. The pizza is excellent! And the wings are also very very good. They are also very inexpensive :-)

I am a Westie resident and thought I would try this place, because i hadn’t before. I appreciated that their pizza or fries were not greasy, and that the pizza had a lot of toppings. Both items. however, lacked salt. The sauce was so bland… so eat bit tasted like nothing despite all the toppings. The vegetables looked like they were from a can. I am very disappointed in the quality of the sauce and the pizza, and that I waited more than an hour for my pizza to be delivered.(I live right off of Center street. I am giving two stars for none greasy pizza(and that followed my requests), but the sauce needs seasoning ASAP. I should not have to add my own seasoning.

I will not be attempting this place again! Napoli Café offers online ordering and delivery, which is great. I always go with that because I don’t feel like driving at night. I place my order with them, it’s accepted. 10 minutes later, I receive a call from the ordering company saying«Napoli Pizza can’t deliver because they don’t have a driver going in that direction»…that is not my problem! Don’t offer delivery if you can’t follow through on it! Napoli Café is about 3 miles from me… I’m sorry I was such an inconvenience. I could’ve easily picked my pizza up but after this… no thanks.

Great pizza especially if you like lots of toppings compared to bread. I never liked veggie pizza before but was sold on it from trying West Naps veggie pizza. Good stuff.

listen, about the pizza: if you don’t like greek style don’t blame the folks that make it ’cause it’s not their fault if you happen to prefer another style; west nap. makes greek style pizza which isn’t usually my preference but it’s the best of that style i’ve had and is definitely all fresh. what i really love here: the subs, especially the steak/cheese/mushroom and the chicken wings, which are just awesome! the prices are more than fair(c’mon $ 6 for 10 wings?) and the family is the best. watch for pamela’s gelatti opening next door!

The online ordering needs to become accurate. The girl who took my order was charging 3 dollars more than it should have been for on line with delivery and tax. When i asked her if the tip was included, she said no. Then i confronted her with the erroneous price and she claimed it was a glitch on the computer. Hah. I’d like to believe it. Add it up first on line if you are going to call. Also, the margherita pizza does not have much tomato sauce. It is just melted cheese with no hint of herbs used — very blah. The crust is more like bread. It is supposed to be thin. The original margharita pizza has a real tomato taste. These people cannot make dreal pizza. They only know how to overcharge. Terrible. i won’t order from them again.

Do you like big, cheap, delicious slices of pizza? West Naps aka Westy’s aka Snaps has the best pies in the Rozzy /Westy area. Chicken parm, turkey sub, steak n cheese are all amazing so you really can’t go wrong. My family has been going here for years. Not only is the food amazing, but it’s a family owned business, and these are THE nicest people you’ll ever meet.

I don’t usually write reviews, but West Napoli is definitely worthy of my time. We used to live is West Roxbury, which has it’s wide selection pizza joints. But, we always end up ordering at West Napoli. The pizzas are delicious! My family’s favorite are the West Napoli pizza and the the Mediterranean pizza. The toppings always taste fresh and the dough is just right. On top of that, the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Keep up the great job!

HELP! Honestly I haven’t been this sick after a meal in ages. I love to support my local businesses being a life long Westie resident, but c’mon damnit! I have spent no less than 4 hours in the bathroom because of this place. We ordered at what appeared(by phone) to be a busy time. Steak and cheese with the usual compliment of goodies added. Grilled chicken salad with Greek(haha) dressing, and pizza. When my wife went to pick it up they had no clue as to what we ordered. All employees denied they took the order. This should have been the first clue to run. After calculating the worth of my wife’s time, they offered a free soda and finally admitted they’d lost the order ticket. Food arrives home. Cheese pizza absolutely terrible. Dry tasteless crust, no flavor. The sandwich is huge, which explains why I’ve been in the bathroom so long. Didn’t taste bad, just wasn’t good. Too breadie. Weird steak texture. The chicken salad was over cooked. The homemade Greek dressing is just watered down tzatziki. And now this morning I spent my Saturday dying from this place. In short, if you are looking for a good clean out, west Napoli is the place!

I am not usually a fan of greek style pizza so I haven’t tried this place til recently. I had been visiting a relative at the hospital was starving and decided to order some food for delivery. while looking over grub hub I came across west Napoli. I placed my order. The food arrived pretty quickly actually about 20 minutes earlier than the stated grub hub time. Delivery Guy was friendly and the order was bagged fine. I ordered cheese fries a pastrami sandwich and a slice of pizza was gonna be lunch for tomorrow. The cheese fries were ok basic pre seasoned fries with a plastic container of liquid cheese sauce. The pastrami was not fried and was pretty lean the bread was fresh. I guess they must have been out of slices because I got a small cheese pizza. I had a slice of that and it was very tasty for a greek style slice. Most places usually call you back when they are out of something or leave the poor delivery guy to grovel and deliver you the bad news when they get there so West Napoli gets points in my book for not doing that.

So, I worked at CVS when I was 16, and would go here for the meatball sub and it was SOOOOOOGOOOD. This review is 10 years too late, but want the owners to know that I remember you guys and your food and it is really good! Prices are more than fair. Food is fresh. If you aren’t going here, then you are missing out!

Frozen crust??! A pizza place that doesn’t even make their own dough?! How is this even possible? Seriously, the argument ends right there. If you can’t make your own dough or at least press it out yourself then you should be out of business.

West Napoli rocks my socks off, which is admittedly an odd thing to say about a seemingly inert local sub shop. But yeah, I’m a big fan. If I could lay out all the chicken salad subs I’ve ordered from here in a straight line, they’d easily make it to Worcester, if not further. It’s a family-owned and operated restaurant, and the people are wonderful. The owner is always incredibly friendly and personally welcomes the regulars. I even went in once, forgetting to hit the ATM first(they only take cash, pretty much the only downside) and instead of making me leave, get cash and come back like just about any other establishment, they gave me my food and told me I could come back in and pay the next time I came around. In addition to the personal touch, the food is really great. The preparation and serving of chicken is what really makes or breaks a good sub shop for me, and theirs is phenomenal. They are also incredibly quick, and usually have my food ready in the time it takes for me to drive 1.5 miles down the road to pick it up.
