Nice place overall. We stopped on a whim while traveling through, and it wasn’t very crowded(lunchtime on a Saturday). Atmosphere was pleasant(very Italian-esque) — BIG bar! Service was excellent — very attentive and ready to please Food was above average — had a grilled pizza & the wife had an italian sandiwch on foccacia. The grilled pizza and the rolls were the star of the show!

Food was good. Service overall was below average. Found a piece of pizza dough in my drink.

Had lunch here yesterday. Service was fabulous. Big tip… Portions were large and the waitress surprised me with a salad that I didn’t realize came with my lunch. All the food was excellent.

I went there Sunday night after my friend got out of work. There wasn’t a wait and like all Bertucci’s it was a friendly atmosphere. Piping hot rolls greeted us as we talked about the events of the day. Our waitress was friendly and polite, although she did give us the wrong check at the end of the mail. I ordered a nice and refreshing cocktail called the margarita capri. It was just right. It didn’t have salt on the rim, but still yummy. I ordered a chicken dinner. I didn’t want to carb up so late at night. the portion was big enough to send me home with a doggy bag. For dessert we had the brownie sundae which was a great finale to a sweet night meeting up with my friend.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, even negative stars. Customer Service: Let’s start off here. We had the shittiest(I don’t swear often) service ever. The rudest waiter/server(he was tall, blonde with curly hair, and a nasty attitude). How are you going to have three tables only and not be a good waiter, it’s not that hard. We asked politely for bread rolls(most places would give it to you after giving you a menu and it’ll be warm) We had to ask him 3 times within the matter of 20 minutes we had to wait because they were still being made. So why did the bread come to my table brick hard and cold? At a table for 8, 5 was seated so we only took up half the table. Why did our waiter put our pizza at the other end with no one there, we don’t know. We had finished our starters and put it to the side and he didn’t come take it till halfway through our pizza. While taking our order he kept asking to take it when we weren’t even settled nor ready to order(I repeatedly asked politely for a few more minutes) only to get attitude back. After we finished eating we sat for another 20 minutes because our server was no where to be seen, but he only had three tables to cater to and was no where to be seen when we needed him. Also I tried to look for the hostess where they should be stationed and they were no where to be found. Awful service. Setting/Atmosphere: There was at most 7 tables with people, compared to the whole restaurant it wasn’t many people. Tell me why I had to wait 15 minutes for a table to seat 5 when the WHOLE restaurant could clearly accommodate us? The lighting was horrible my parents had to use their iPhone flashlights to read the menu. My eyes were struggling to make out words with NOLIGHT. I understand the restaurant has a atmosphere, but can it not be pitch black I would like to read my menu. Badly spaced out, we were put into a back looking area then the center. Food: Wasn’t worth it for the shitty service.

Very rude hostess!!! I was working and by myself for dinner… it seemed as they were put out when I asked for a table for one. Ended up sitting in there bar area upon several dirty tables that had not been cleaned. The chicken parm was soggy and the Carmelites onions on my pizza were burnt! I love bertuccis but will never return to this location again.

When we walked in we were seated. Immediately the complimentary bread was on the table after ten seconds of being seated. The bread is usually warm but it was cold this time. My husband ordered a salad. Talk about super fast. It’s like the salad was already made before he ordered it. It took a minute to bring out the salad. I ordered spaghetti with Bolognese sauce and my husband ordered the Spicy Salami Pizza. My spaghetti was good and my husband was enjoying his pizza until we both lost our appetites when he went to grab another piece of his pizza and found a burnt roach. No it wasn’t a burnt piece of the crust because it had legs and it was shaped like a roach. We had to get the manager to take a look at it. Know what he told us? Oh it’s just a piece of cheese. A piece of cheese?! Really?! No, cheese does not look like that. Sorry but we will not be eating here again.

We’re from San Diego, have lots of good restaurant options but loved the speedy, friendly service and the outstanding food on our way north out of Logan. My wife had chicken picatta and loved it – lots of capers, crisp Caesar salad with tangy dressing. We loved the spicy dipping sauce for the warm bread. I went old school with spaghetti and meatballs in Bolognese sauce and the meatballs were the BEST I EVERHAD! Locals – whats with the 2 ½ star average? Im giving it 5 stars just to average out some lowball reviews. Highly recommended.

Like this place, food was good. I especially liked the sauted spinach. Service was good. Another thing i like are the rolls with the oil as they are always warm. Bread is my weakness. Definately going back since last week as i want to try the salmon.

This review is for the service… Or lack there of! I went on a slow week night with 3 loud but otherwise well behaved boys.(They were animatedly chatting about video games, not everyone’s favorite topic). I asked the host to seat us somewhere where my boys could be loud and not bother anyone. The place was only a quarter full, should not be a problem. We were seated in a middle of a bank of booths. Seemed odd, but I did not question it. Part way through our meal they sat an older couple at the very next booth. I spent the rest of my meal shushing the boys but there was plenty of space, it did not have to be this way. The older couple was delightful but I sure they learned more about minecraft than they ever wanted to know. Bread and salad plates were never cleared for us. Nor were our empty plates cleared while I was waiting to pay the bill. It was also very slow. Took us 90 minutes from sit down to bill(no appetizers or dessert and we ordered right away). I don’t think it was under staffed. The place was not full and we saw at least 5 different servers plus the manager. They just were not on the floor much.

I have been here a couple of times now and find the service to be very good. The rolls are always warm and very fresh. We normally get the sporkie pizza and it is always very good. Today the service was excellent again and the pizza was cooked perfectly. Very nice flavoring in the sauce and sausage was cooked to perfection. Could not have asked for a better experience. I don’t know if there has been a management change or staff change but I can find nothing to complain about this establishment.

It’s Bertucci’s… It’s the Olive Garden, but with pizza and rolls instead of breadsticks It’s mediocre Italian food straight off the back of a Sysco truck It’s Bertucci’s…

My wife and I loved the atmosphere here. Your food is well lit but the rest of the area is in subdued and relaxed lighting. I got a mixed seafood dish and it was great. It came with bread and I asked to have vegetables instead. My request was denied but that wasn’t a big deal. My wife got the eggplant parm and thought it was excellent. I had two different types of wine and even their house red was delicious.

Perhaps it was a bad day for the kitchen, but my pasta was supposed to be in a cream sauce. At one moment in history, it probablhy was. By the time it got to the table, the greedy pasta absorbed every creamy ounce of it, leaving multicolored and bloated tortolini slands abandoned in a moosh of small peas and salty chicken. Very disappointing.

although a chain restaurant I feel compelled to write something, mainly because the service is always so friendly & efficient from the hostess to our waiter we are always greeted with smiling faces, which really does make all the difference. I’ve been to this particular bertuccis a lot and have never had a bad experience with the service or the food. knock on wood.

I have been here a few times and until last night I would of given it 3 – 4 stars as most chains tend to be. But last night the overall at table experience was decent… The Marsala was bland at best and the The Left over bag left very much to be desired… After I cleaned the jacket, seat of my char and floor from the dripping of the sauce… make sure to ask for a snap close container if any sauce in your left overs.
