Iggy’s Auto Service

I’ve been going to Iggy’s with three vehicles for a few years now. I always feel that Mark is honest and fairly priced. All work has been done when promised with no extra charges.
I’m happy to have someone I can trust.

I’ve been living in Woodland Pk. For the past 8 yrs. I’ve known about Iggy’s Auto since I’ve moved to this town. Both my vehicle’s are older makes & models so I tend to keep up with all my oil services so I got to know Mark (Mechanic) & Ann Marie (Wife) whenever I have a major issue with a Vehicle they’ve always taken care of the problem even times when i was do for inspection he’s taken it to get inspected for me to be sure I pass! So if that’s not good service I don’t know what to tell you! BEST MECHANIC’S IN TOWN!

After reading the two reviews and a close friends recommendation, I finally took the dive and tried Iggy’s. I have always been extremely apprehensive when trying new places, especially an auto mechanic. I have gotten burned too many times in the past. Well, I was not disappointed. I walked in this morning with no appointment and they were still able to look and work on the car. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They contacted me before doing any work and actually found another issue I was not aware of. The price was extremely fair and they finished the work in a timely manner. I’m very happy that i found this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area. Iggy’s is my new auto mechanic.

When I moved to the neighborhood in 2005 (I’ve since moved away), I asked a neighbor if there was a good, honest mechanic nearby. Without hesitation, he recommended Iggy’s, which was good since it was a short walk from my house.
Iggy’s was my saving grace for the 5 years I lived in the area. Always did repairs in a timely manner, always coming in around the estimate price, and the husband/​wife team that seem in charge of this place are just genuinely warm, nice people. Very much a ‘family business’ atmosphere, and more than once they went out of their way to help. My wife and I both had older imports, and had to make a few trips to Iggy’s for various reasons over 5 or so years, and the owners got to know us by name. I always got direct answers to my questions, despite my relative lack of automotive knowledge. Once I received advice from an oil-​change place, and when asked if it was a legitimate need, the mechanic at Iggy’s advised «they were definitely just trying to sell you something.»
I’ve never had as good an experience at an auto repair place. Now I live in Brooklyn, and have seriously considered returning to the Jersey side for non-​critical repairs. I have yet to meet a mechanic on this side of the water that I trust as much.
I’m surprised they don’t have more Unilocal reviews already. They’re definitely «the good guys.»
