Prevatte Florist

I found Prevatte Florist just via Google, looking for local florist, I was pretty disappointed in other florist services like (1−800-flowers, etc). Was never content in their arrangements or selections of flowers. Let me say that Prevatte has exceeded any expectations and I will definitely ONLY order flowers through them. My wife’s arrangement on her Birthday was sensational and she was soooo happy, which in turns makes me happy :). Definitely worth every penny, thank you to the folks at Prevatte for their great customer service, prompt delivery and beautiful arrangements. I actually called them the same day to say thank you after my wife texted me the pictures and the huge rave of the flowers. Thank you again.

I’ve lived in the area for several decades and I know that Prevatte has been here for years and deserves their good reputation. But I didn’t realize how personal and kind their staff really is. I needed a special arrangement for my mother’s funeral — on Mother’s Day weekend when I know they were swamped with orders. I talked with Lisa who was so kind and sympathetic and helped me design a very personal tribute for my mom. Jessica completed the design from Lisa’s description and I was overwhelmed when I saw it. The beauty and elegance of her choice of greens and orchids was just as I requested. Prevatte has my heartfelt thanks, and a lifetime customer!

Had to order some flowers last second for my mom’s birthday. They literally called someone in who was off just to get them delivered same day! Amazing customer service!!!

These people are amazing!!! My husband forgot to mention that it was his sister’s birthday. We are in California, she’s in Florida. No time to send anything! I called several flower shops and none could do a delivery for the same day. By the time I called Prevatte, it was after 4pm EST. I told them my emergency and although it seemed like it would be difficult to do, the woman I spoke with put together the order and said she would get it to my sister-​in-​law the SAME DAY! She was sweet, joyful and helpful and totally helped us out in a pinch. Then, an hour and a half after I placed the order, I got a text from my sister-​in-​law thanking us for the beautiful flowers. And she sent a pic — they were really beautiful. I would highly recommend Prevatte and will go back to them for all my Florida flower needs!

I ordered through their website and I couldn’t believe how quick the delivery was.
My friend sent me the picture of the flowers and they were beautiful… exactly what I ordered.

I’ve ordered flowers two times for my aunt that lives in West Palm. She loves them every time! I’ll continue to order from Prevatte.

Decided to go local & ordered from Prevatte after being SUPER disappointed by a national delivery service.
The process was pretty seamless – the order arrived when promised. I would’ve given 5 stars except that the bouquet didn’t look like it does in the picture. It was very lovely, nonetheless.

Ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday and she was absolutely blown away. They were gorgeous, fresh and perfectly delivered.

I ordered flowers through Proflowers (maybe that’s where the mistake was) for someone who was hosting my kid. I didn’t know the people very well and wanted to make sure the flowers were very nice. There was a specific arrangement I liked online, so I decided to pay extra for the premium version. The flowers showed up on the same day, but it didn’t look anything like what I ordered. It had more greens than flowers and was rather cheap looking.
I emailed the florist with 2 pictures — the actual arrangement they delivered and the picture from the internet. Lisa emailed me back to let me know «WHEN FLOWERS ARE ORDERED THROUGH A WIRE SERVICE ALL WE CAN DO IS FILL TO RECIPE.» She then listed number of flowers to be included. I am not a florist, but I didn’t understand why she felt she had fulfilled her obligation just by the fact she had «fill to recipe.» The arrangement didn’t look anything like the picture online, and that’s what mattered, not to mention it looked less than the regular version online.

Last week we had a Uncle that passed… I had to order flowers from California for our family. Of course I headed onto Unilocal to see what Florist were recommended in the area.
Being in the Hospitality business I am picky about flowers, see I don’t like Funeral flowers to ‘look like’ funeral flowers. So I called this location and spoke with Lisa personally and the care and attention to detail she took was AMAZING and well appreciated.
She sent me a picture of the spray, as I had requested, and followed up with me every step of the way. Unfortunately we had another family member pass over the weekend so we are in need of another arrangment… I wish this florist was located in Miami because I would surely use them again.

I live in California and needed to send flowers to the love of my life for Mother’s Day (from my kids). Half the florists I called said they were not taking any more orders or I got voicemail. Because of a review on Unilocal I took a chance on Prevatte Flowers. Jason answered the phone and was very pleasant. Although the deliver was out of service area for a cool $ 20 we got past that. I really wanted to order Lilies so Van stepped in and we went over the vast amount of lilies available and we settled on the colors that would make her happy. I never felt rushed and they were very patient and accommodating as we picked all the bouquet contents. Bottom line it is very tough to order flowers for an event planner but they were up to the task and she loved them.
