This is a small Macy’s that has 2 floors. The first floor has bags, shoes, cosmetics, some women’s clothes. The second floor has TOILETS, more men’s and women’s clothes.

Not as nice as other Macy’s juniors has a lot of cheap clothes but they are also made cheaply. The woman’s section for petite is limited. The jewelry has a good variety and prices. Purses are a bit over priced. Makeup counter are small but the staff is pleasant. Overall it’s okay for the last minute needs but I would rather go to another Macy’s for a larger selection.

I use to work at Macy’s in PBG’s. So know that there is a standard that use to be expected. But there was a male & female restocking rolling rods from fitting rooms from the women’s department & all they did was talk ill about managers & complain. Unprofessional

This particular Macy’s was ‘Mehhhhhh heeehhhh”. I could have had a V8. First, it’s small. Very small. On the outside it looks huge, and on the inside it was very disappointing small. Kind of like when you find a handsome guy with big hands and big feet and then… well… you get the picture. It was a major bummer for my mom and I who came to visit this location on NY’s Day. I needed to pick up some Harry & David snacks and treats for some friends of mine, and we knew Macys had them on display for the holidays.(Moose Much… GAWD… you don’t even KNOW how good this stuff is until you’re up at 1am, trying to pry it away from your fingers. You just cant stop. That being said, we noticed that this particular Macys only had clothing, perfume and make-up. Where were the holiday tree ornaments like the gardens mall location has? They practically had an entire upper south west wing dedicated to only tree décor this season! The clothing here is, again. «meh». There is no teens section, really(or let’s just say it’s incredibly scaled down) and I know I’m 31, but I like to shop in the teens section because the ‘women’s’ section is just too conservative and not my style. Give me 6 more years and maybe I’ll think about hopping over to that area for clothing, but right now? I’m young, blonde, happy, fit and bouncy and I like to dress how I feel. There is no Yoga section here. Come to think of it, the yoga section(or athletic women’s section) at the PGA location is seriously lacking as well, but at the City Place location it simply does not even exist. They should fix that, because there are three workout centers nearby, in walking distance and you never know when one’s Yoga pants might rip or be see through… so it’s best if they start stocking up here at this store.(Just a heads up CP Macys) *The sales girls WERE extremely friendly and laughed at my jokes, and one said she has seen me on TV in a movie of the week, and recognized me immediatey(Good Taste in Movies!), so they were very friendly with me, made us laugh… and so therefore, of course… they win with me.

WOMEN’S DEPT. I love going to check on sales and found a great one here when we went last week. I had PAULA helping me out and she was WONDERFUL, with a huge smile and a great attitude which is more than I can say for other Macy’s locations and their different departments. I love this location and its selection.

Do you know why this place is a MacY’s instead of a regulary Macy’s? I think it’s because this Macy’s is WAY better than your average, disorganized, disheveled stores. In this Macy’s, you’ll feel like you’re shopping at an upscale Bloomingdale’s. Its clean and has great merchandise in every department. We’ve found shoes, jewelry, purses, fancy clothes, going-out clothes, and much more… Yay for MacY’s where the Y in MacY’s is for YAY!
