Go Airport Shuttle

Really amazed by the service. The shuttle wasnt able to pick me up so they arranged a taxi to pick me on the same schedule without even putting me in the loop. They saved me the headache and i got a private drop to the airport without additional fees. The driver was very polite and kind. Recommended

Made a reservation weeks in advance from PBIA to home. After getting luggage with wife and two young kids at 12 midnight, these guys made us wait an additional 45 mins! After 45 minutes, this company told us to take a cab, who proceeded to try to scam us (didn’t even come close to succeeding thought). Bottom line: DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! They SUCK SUCK SUCK!!!

Contrary to previous poster, we had excellent service from a timely, cheerful, efficient & polite driver named Elliott. He personally called the night before to confirm and then arrived on time at 6 am to calmly deal with serious chaos without a blink. He loaded our 8 huge bags and helped our limited mobility member into the van while the other3 of us scrambled to get it together– tere was a medical emergency going down right before he showed up, this wasn’t a failure to prepare– we were all a bit off kilter and he was a godsend.
I’ll be using this service other places and hope there are more Elliotts out there.

I have never dealt with a less professional crew… it is impossible to understand who is running this show… it is impossible to cancel reservatiions online and then the phone people won’t verify that your reservation is cancelled… and we wanted to cancel the return ride to the airport because the airport crew were horribly indifferent upon our arrival… use a cab… pay the extra 5 bucks… it’s worth it!

I used this service to and from the Palm Beach Airport. Taking us to our resort was great! The price was very reasonable, and we didn’t have to have a reservation when we arrived at the airport.
Two days before our departure flights, I set up a shuttle over the phone to pick us up. I believe the man told me someone would call the day before to verify/​remind us and then the driver would call 5 – 10 minutes before he got to our resort. Neither of these occurred.
The morning we are supposed to leave rolls around and after waiting for 15 minutes, I still hadn’t received a call. I call the number I used to reserve the shuttle, and she told me they were getting us at 4:15, rather than 4am when I was originally told when I made the reservation. Then time keeps ticking until 4:30. No one had shown up or called. I call the shuttle service again, and she informs me that the driver won’t be able to get us. She told me a cab would be there soon and we’d still pay the same amount.
I was very frustrated. We made the reservation two days earlier, and it didn’t help at all. Luckily the cab was nearby, and the driver was very nice. We got to the airport with enough time, but it was not a smooth process like I had hoped.
I hope others who use this don’t have the same problems. It was our cheapest option though.
