It appears this company has gone out of business. Dr. Osdick’s has a Customer Loyalty program for $ 200\year that provides Anti-virus, remote support and maintenance. They have been around for 19 years! Check them out

Honestly they do not deserve one star. All the below ratings echo my sentiments exactly but for different services. We were charged $ 500 for a lifetime license for Webroot. As other reviewers did, I tried for months to call, email, etc. I finally went on BBB website and there is an actual red alert to this company, i. e, that they are no longer in business and to seek legal advice if you wish. I contacted Webroot directly today and am waiting for an answer as to the authenticity of the software remotely loaded by Fast Fix 123 or what my next recourse should be in regards to keeping or uninstalling that program on my computer.

I bought one of Fast Fix’s service plans a year ago and they don’t answer the phone anymore. The concept of remote computer repair is a good one, but once they sell enough of their so called«lifetime service plans» scammers like Fast Fix 123 seem to vanish into smoke. A.R. Saratoga, CA

Worst company ever. After asking for a refund and given one, their check bounced. Still haven’t received my refund. I keep calling and Can’t get through to the company. Will keep you posted on getting refunded. Might have to report them to the authorities because this company steals and is fraudulent. they charge you $ 350 for a service that takes Apple 10 minutes to do for free. My computer is back to normal thanks to Apple, where these guys would have taken days. Don’t trust them. Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money.

First of all, I must say that I VERY rarely make a review. But in this case, I found myself morally responsible to submit one. Avoid this company. They had told me that they could clean up my Mac, within a few days, no problem! Well let me tell you, that was hardly the case. Once I paid for the service, every day I would come home I would see a notice on the screen saying that they had lost the connection and to call and reestablish the connection. I would call, and they were sweet as can be. They would get me re-connected to their system so they could continue servicing my computer. This kept happening day after day, for 5 days! Did I mention to say that you are not allowed to use your computer in any way while this service is being performed? I finally started to get very frustrated and spoke to a manager that informed me that their specialists were not very familiar with Mac, so each time one of them was assigned to my computer they would just disconnect from my computer so someone else would be assigned when I called back to restart the process. The supervisor then took over my case, saying that he knew everything about macs, and it would be fixed in no time. For six more days the same thing as before kept happening! I finally told them that I wanted a refund, in which they gave me. Right after they gave me the refund, all these new problems started to occur, starting with each time I would start my computer all these pop ups of theirs kept coming on saying that I have been disconnected and to re establish connection. I could not find out how to stop this total annoyance. So I called them, they would ask me my name very nicely, and then get really rude and tell me that I was the one that dropped their service, and that they were not going to help me, that I was on my own! I explained that the pop ups kept coming on after I closed my account, and they said TOOBAD, IT’S NOTTHEIRPROBLEM, and that once I got my refund that they would have nothing else to do with me!!! I finally went to The Apple Store and it took them 20 minutes to find where Fast Fix had hidden their program, and to stop the pop ups. Apple also told me that fast fixes program was allowing all these other malevolent programs to get into my system and cause multitudes of new problems. FASTFIXSUCKS!

First, you need a lot of patience getting ahold of someone. Second, took 3 ½ days to get my computer fixed. Lots of lip service and empty promises. They don’t read their own chat notes. Finally, when I told them I was going to cancel my order and file a complaint with the BBB someone started to complete the work. Next time I will just take the Mac to Best Buy or the Apple store.
