Trust me — DO NOT use this company! They are a scam operation. I had a sliding glass door broken from a robbery and had them come out. They quoted me $ 1500 to fix one sliding glass door glass panel and when I told them no they brought the price down to $ 1000. I had no choice but to use them because I was out of town and my renter needed the door fixed.
They completely took advantage of me and charged $ 1000 because they knew I was desperate. No matter what your situation is CALL SOMEONE ELSE. CALL ANYONE ELSE! I have never seen or dealt with such a morally bankrupt company in my life.
The guy also told me that they had to custom make the glass but the reality is they already had the glass available. I could just tell the whole thing was a scam. Yes, they did come out right away and were able to fix the glass late in the day but it doesn’t give you the right to charge someone 10x the cost.
I BEG YOU USE SOMEONE ELSE — DON’T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID! I hope this review costs this company over the $ 1000 they charged me.
