I arrived in Florida to find that my mother’s laptop didn’t turn on, and her ten year old desktop was unusable. I called Jack of the Computer Guy of Florida and he was at my door by the afternoon. He diagnosed the laptop and then spent the afternoon debugging and making the old desktop usable for us. Kudos to Jack. I have been looking for someone who could help my Mom with her computer, and his company is now on her speed dial. He is terrific and gets my highest recommendation.

This company has superior service! They always go above and beyond to help whenever possible… AND they come to YOU! :)
I’ve received their in-​person & remote support services (over the phone). Also, I’ve even used their emergency service (for an additional fee, of course, which I didn’t mind because I needed the help). I’ve never been unhappy.
I’ve had a couple of viruses on my computer, (at different times), and all of my information was restored! They take the time to explain things so I understand the work that is done.
Whenever I’ve gone anywhere else («big box» stores), they wiped my computer clean and *did not* recover my data, which did NOT make me happy.
So, I will remain a loyal customer and will always make sure to use the Computer Guy of Florida for all my computer needs!
