Where do I start. Well i can start with stay away from this BROKER! You will be lied to, and stolen from. At first, i thought Max sounded like a cool guy, trying to help me out. He directly advised me that he was not a broker, but was with the trucking company. He even went out of his way to text me pictures of «him» and his truck loaded up with cars. He even said and i quote,“call me if you want to book directly.“ I provided max with my debit card info to hold my spot on the truck, he then sent me a form to fill out and sign, which i never did. After reading up on his reviews, and finding mostly negative reviews, i let him know that i was not going to be working with him and canceled. So this morning the actual trucking company shows up to my house! Since i was not home, my wife had to be bothered to tell them that i had canceled. So they called me and i told them that i had canceled and apologized for the inconvenience. Thats right, i had to apologize on Max’s behalf, because i felt bad that they wasted their time and gas to come to my house. Then Max has the audacity, to tell me that i am still going to be charged the $ 100 that i «agreed» to pay. He advised that some other company was charging me, nationwide. BS, i never gave them my info. I never authorized the charges, and will be fighting them with my CC. Max, your a bad business man, and you live up to all of these bad reviews. If you wouldnt lie to your prospects, maybe you wouldnt be in such a bad place.

Very unprofessional is the word to describe them. I had to transport my car from Florida to California. Initially they said 5 days with a max of 7 days. However I received my car on the 12th day from the date of pick up. Not only that, I had initially cleared it up with them that they would allow upto 100 pounds in the trunk but the driver asked for $ 100 and came down to $ 50. I still did not pay a single penny above my contract but this led to a heated argument for about an hour with the driver. Please be aware State by state does not communicate well with their drivers. And unfortunately the driver that I had to deal with was from ALLSTATEAUTOLOGISTIC company. Extremely rude person and he would only try to get more money out of you. The contract clearly stated that I had to pay $ 900 to the carrier and $ 100 was the deposit. But the driver kept insisting me for additional $ 50 for the stuff in the trunk of my car though it was already cleared up with them before pickup. The driver from ALLSTATEAUTOLOGISTIC is not a man of his words and would try to fool you by getting more money out of you. Be very careful with this guy. If you plan to use State by State transporters be very clear with the contract and ask them who would be transporting your vehicle If they say ALLSTATEAUTOLOGISTIC it is best to avoid them

they will lie and steal your money– requested closed transport– sent open. gave me one price and told driver higher price– when driver arrived demanded higher price. would not return calls. they will cheat the drivers and the customers. icc needs to close these crooks down. how many people are to be cheated before they are closed down

They claim to operate their own trucks, that is false. They are brokers and just like the rest will try to have you sign a contract which is in their favor and give them a deposit. Then you will basically wait like a moron for them to try to contact a driver. You’re going to wait a loooong time. Don’t fall for their pitch.

If I could give them a minus number I would. A bunch of lying crooks. They had me sign a contract, told me they had their own drivers(I found out otherwise) and basically never returned a call or followed through with anything. Crooks! Stay away from these crooks.
