This place is a disaster. I can’t believe corporate old navy hasn’t inspected this store and shut it down. Not only is the store a mess but it’s actually dirty. There is garbage in the isles.

Very disappointed. Went the Sunday before Xmas, soon after mall opened, to get in and out before it got crazy.
Don’t think they bothered cleaning the place from the night before. Shelves were emptied onto the floor.
Don’t know if they were short staffed or didn’t care and just assumed ppl would buy whatever was there, but I’d assume that I wasn’t the only person who walked in and walked out.

Love this basement old navy. Walked in and asked if they had any coupons or sales. Workers were stoked to explain how the discounts worked on every store item. Staff walked me all around the shop showing me the latest carpenter jeans. Happened to grab several pair of cheap flip flop. Also copped a few corduroy jackets and possibly some sweatshorts. Spent about 45 mins stuck in the fitting room. The door was shut but the man helped me crawl under the door. Left a few bucks in the pants I try on but not going to buy as a surprise for helping me. The cashier insisted I buy a frisbee. Did. Support old navry: home of the tech vest.

When Sunday to see if they still had Black Friday Special, the store look good, was organized something hard at this time of year they was 30% off was looking for a better deal, but I found things I wanted, I had not found in other stores

I am a fan because it is cheep. I am very disappointed at the quality of their product and how it has gone through a major decline in the past couple of years. The clothes seem to fall apart very very easy. I try to buy on sale so that if it does fall apart I wont be too mad. This location is large and the staff friendly but the low stars for the quality of the product. and they also kept yelling at you to stay behind the pole that is where the line starts. That was not close to the registers at all.
