Even after trying authentic Chinese food numerous times, both in the US and on my trip to Beijing and Shanghai, the comfort and convenience brings me back to PF Changs. The chain makes no attempt to hide its Chinese-American fusion, and delights with items like its Raspberry Chocolate Wonton dessert and classics like Mongolian Beef and Spicy Chicken. The food is always consistent, tasty, and highly unhealthy, but it is a nice treat that brings me back to my days growing up in the suburbs. It will never deliver highly authentic flavors, but provides a level of familiarity and consistency that is nice. There is a certain comfort to PF Changs. The decorations are upscale and the service is always very good. The food and drinks are tasty. The chain provides solid rewards through its new rewards program. Although I would not recommend going out of your way to visit, it is a fun place to go to dinner in the neighborhood. I’ve always enjoyed dinner here. If I had one recommendation to the chain’s owners, it would be to focus on healthier options and items freshly prepared in the store. This would definitely help them meet the dietary needs and adventurous taste buds of millennials.

Ok food. Kind of commercialized personally speaking. Food is LOADED with fat and calories, but consumption is up to the consumer. That being said, don’t think the calories match the tastiness of the food. Finally, the service is OK at best. Don’t know if they are short staffed, but need to wait a little too long for service(like refills on water etc). Overall, average at best. Not worth the $ though. Good for the name. OK at best for the food and service. Take it for whatever is worth. Enjoy!

I order the pad Thai and they decided to give it no flavor and not to put all the ingredients that are listed that are suppose to be in. Took so long to get the food as well. Waiter did a good job always making yes we had drinks.

Not a big fan of this chain. Stopped here because my husband likes the food. Compared to the neighborhood this restaurant atmosphere is really boring. Couldn’t wait to leave. However, the food was tasty!

Great tasting upscale Chinese food. Perfectly cooked orange chicken with just the right amount of spices and the perfect tenderness of the chicken. I highly recommend the Cranberry Mule drink it was sooooo good. Our waiter Joshua was attentive and provided great customer service.

I came here again last night with my boyfriend. Tatiana was our server. Surprisingly she remembered us from last time(down to the drinks we ordered). Food was great as always. I highly recommend the chili garlic green beans, we ate them all! The chicken lettuce wraps were delicious. I look forward to going back again soon.

Terrific, terrific, terrific! Love PF Changs! I’ve been to many and let me say that they never disappoint. Great location with a tremendous amount of parking. If you have never eaten here, I highly suggest it! I like a restaurant that has managers working hand and hand with the staff and Gabriel the manager there is great! I see him walking around asking tables how they are doing and interacting with the guests and then he finally came over and asked how everything was going with my dinner. He was also taking dishes out and helping servers out. Any place that has a manager working as hard as the staff is a gem in my eyes. 5 stars no complaints. Don’t forget to take a picture in front of the giant horses out front on your way out!

I hadnt been to this location in some time, and was pleasantly surprised this past week. My boss and I stopped here for lunch on the way to NYC. I had a few of the small plates and it was a perfect portion. Nice work!

Great experience here, I went alone had a nice dinner at the bar and great drinks. Dana is great bartender and really friendly. I forgot the other young lady’s name, tall blonde. Very nice staff the people I encountered anyways. Try the Mongolian Beef

Not my first time at a PF Chang’s but first time at this location. The ambiance and service remains the same as other outlets BUT the food was not in par with rest of the PF Changs.

This is still a better version of Americanised Chinese food. The servers are good and polite. The ambiance is good. Overall a pleasant experience Kung pao chicken is what I would recommend

Surprisingly disappointed. My family and I always have a great experience at every PF Chang’s we’ve visited, including this one. Unfortunately, today was not up to par with our other experiences. Usually, the waiter/waitress would greet us and mix the three sauces into their signature sauce, but it didn’t happen this time. Our waiter was very dry and talked to his coworkers instead of checking on our table as much as he could have. But most disappointing was how long we had to wait for our food. We only ordered a few dishes and yet it took about 25 minutes for our entrées to arrive after our appetizer. My favorite dish, the Sesame Chicken, was seriously lacking on sauce, which is what gives it most of its flavor. However, the rest of the dishes were great as usual.

It’s fusion Chinese food — c’mon people, we all know it ain’t «authentic Chinese food.» It’s still decent, edible food. We don’t say that the spicy tuna roll doesn’t taste better with spicy mayo — but that’s not an authentic way to eat Japanese food, and most, if not all of us, still enjoy it. PF Changs offers very Americanized Chinese food dishes. Something about the fact that it’s a chain restaurant is what turns me off most about this place — other than that, I can’t really pinpoint anything I disliked about PF Changs. I’ve been here about 10 times over the course of 10 years. The last time I went was for happy hour yesterday(Wednesday). My bus from Port Authority(158) stops right in front of PF Changs, and I was meeting up with someone near there, so we decided — why not get a humpday happy hour drink? There was no one at the bar at 6, and happy hour is until 7pm. We ordered a couple dishes from the happy hour menu and I had 3 glasses of wine. By the time it was 6:30, the bar was full. The food was decent — I like how they’re presented/decorated, and the portions are reasonable. The bartender was attentive and I had no problem getting all our orders in correctly. The place gets pretty packed on weekend nights. There’s plenty of parking, as it’s located in the middle of residential condos/townhomes. The two dishes I recommend to anyone is the chicken lettuce wrap — a true PF Changs classic(and was happy to find it on the HH menu), and the eggplant dish(not on HH menu). The décor is nice enough for a get together with friends and family. They have outdoor seating during the summer — I remember I had my little maltese with me a couple of years ago, and I wanted to sit outdoors and picked this spot for that reason(although now, there are more restaurants established in the neighborhood and nearby towns that I would never make this a top choice for outdoor seating). I’m giving them 3 stars because it’s still PF Changs — mediocre, major franchised restaurant — just nothing special.

Service — good. Food — yummy(although they don’t have sweetened Ice Tea, bummer). Ambiance — chic/open lay out. Yesterday was a gorgeous day and I was sad to learn their outdoor patio doesn’t open until May. Open that issshh up PF Changs! It was almost 70 degrees yesterday… would have preferred to sit out side for sure. FYI — they have lunch specials that come with a soup and rice, not a bad deal.

Apparently there are two Unilocal accounts for this location. Anyway headed here on a Saturday evening it was a party of five and the wait when we called was about 45 minutes… by the time we got there the wait was 30 mins. Our server that night was Ricky nice guy but very forgetful and not too attentive many times we had to ask for napkins at one point we were asking for utensils because we weren’t given any. We could have easily walked out of this place without paying a dime that’s how bad service was. Hubby had to flag him down and he still was clueless! My niece wanted to try the California rolls which were good I mean come on who can really mess up California rolls and we also got the Changs ribs which were also great as far as our entrees are concerned they were extremely salty and the food came out luke warm and not so enticing. We were really disappointed and to be honest I think I could have wait scratch that I know I’ve had better Chinese food from my local joint here in the Bronx hands down. LoL No wifi either. womp womp womp.

I’m sorry but I don’t see it. My wife and I went there for dinner and I was not impressed at all. I’ll keep this short and sweet. The quality of the food wasn’t any better than any corner takeout Chinese restaurant but at least you get to pay highly inflated prices. That’s a bonus!!! Other point– I ended up throwing up the rest of the night. Now that’s a Bonus… Not sure if it was the fried wontons or the fried rice, but I won’t be going back to figure it out. Nice décor but that doesn’t make up for the poor quality food and the 4 hours of pain I suffered through. IMO– not worth it… Have Fun

We came in for dinner on a Saturday night and had a great meal. Décor: I would describe the interior as «modern Asian»(but I have no clue what I’m talking about haha). It’s a nice place, but certainly not stuffy. There are plenty of tables, which is good because it is a popular place, and a sizable bar. You also are allotted a decent personal space and do not feel like you are right on top of the table next to you. Bathroom: Very nice and very clean. Staff: Our waiter was friendly and pretty much stuck to business(which is fine because we were hungry!). He was quick with our waters and they were always kept full. Additionally, we was very quick with our bill — always nice to experience. Food/Drink: We usually just come for apps(lots of them…) because they are so good! We had the Chicken Lettuce Wraps(delicious!), Shrimp Dumplings(yum!), Edamame(wonderful, HUGE serving!), Dynamite Shrimp(my favorite!), and a Hot and Sour Soup(the bowl is massive, perfect for me). As we expected, everything tasted great and we left full(with some soup in hand haha). Value: The prices are reasonable and right where you’d expect them to be. Given the great food you will leave very satisfied for what you spent. If it is not clear already, we are big fans who will always be coming back in the future.

We went to PF Changs last night due to my friend’s gift card. So it was free dinner! We doubted that we would need a reservation and we were right. On a weeknight, this place wasn’t even half full. Note this is NOT in New York, NY as Unilocal currently indicates. It is in West New York, NJ, and has a narrow view of the Hudson River and Manhattan. I’ve submitted an edit but Unilocal usually takes weeks to correct. Being Chinese-American, and knowing that PF Changs serves a completely Americanized version of Chinese or «Asian» food, my expectations weren’t too high. At least they got the typical Chinese restaurant greasy tables right. It was a bit gross and I didn’t want to put my utensils down, but it did keep my iPhone and elbows off the table LOL. We chose the Ahi Tartare with Avocado appetizer. This looked awesome and was delicious! Served on crunchy deep fried wonton chips and full of flavor. Out of all the appetizers, try this one even if it isn’t Chinese. Probably 25 – 30 minutes passed between appetizers and entrees. Overall, service was slow. We were wondering what was taking so long with a half-empty restaurant and thought if it was a full night it could be an hour?! Our waitress disappeared for so long we had to ask someone to get her. When the entrees arrived, the bowl of rice was served luke cool and hardening. The Orange shrimp was overcooked and drowned in a sweet syrupy and tangy orange peel sauce. The Kung Pao chicken was ok but nothing special. The side order of Spicy green beans with garlic, red chili sauce and Sichuan preserves was also a bit overcooked, but tasty and actually the best of the three items. When the appetizer and the dinner side are the best part of the meal, I’m a bit disappointed. Plus service was so slow that we missed our next appointment. At least dinner was gifted!
