Owner refused to do repair on his initial repair job when the shoe became unglued after a few wearings. He said he didn’t do the work in the first place and it wasn’t his materials. I spent $ 350 on repairs on seven pairs of shoes and he couldn’t accommodate me with a simple re gluing… I said I would never come back and he gave me the who gives a damn attitude. Nasty and filthy environment. The shoes I picked up after a few weeks of laying around his shop looked like they went through a land mine explosion. Owner doesn’t stand behind his work. All it would have took was a simple re gluing of the work he did.Pitiful. time for retirement my man. Go somewhere else for your shoe repair needs or you’ll be sorry you didn’t.

They do solid repair work here. They seem a little pricey to me, but worth it. In a world where shoe repair businesses are few and far between, this store is holding strong. Do yourself a favor and give that favorite pair of shoes or purse a second life. You won’t regret it.

Efficient repair job done at affordable prices and plus Eduardo is a very kind old man. Eduardo has had this shop in the Galaxy Towers since forever. The whole of Guttenberg and probably West New York get their repairs done from him. I had some shoes with broken heels and a jacket that needed the zipper to be fixed. He had them ready for me the next day and he was very fair with his prices. Galaxy peeps, if you haven’t stopped by and said hello to Eduardo yet. I strongly recommend you do so now and get those sandals all spruced up for the summer. lalalala (I know I know we are in middle of Polar Vertex II, but happy dreams about summer is helping me get through this beast of a weather) Support Small Business.!!
