I ordered a spicey ckn sandwich and was asked «to pull forward» so they could have fresh ones available. I ordered through the drive thru. When I got back to work my chicken was not spicey nor was it cooked through, my fires where old, cold and nasty. No straw in bag and only one pkt of ketchup. I will not eat at this location again.

Oh my. This place is the worst fast food joint on Thomas Rd. they don’t understand how to take an order or execute an order. Complete waste of money.
I asked for no ice in my drink and got ice.
Asked for no tomatoes and no lettuce on my Asiago chicken sandwich and just got the chicken. What the heck! Do they know how to read the order screen? It’s not that hard.
And when I order two milks from the drive thru they rudely asked me why I need two milks. They really need to working their friendliness and customer service and execute an order precisely to every customer’s specifications.

Horrible service! Every Wendy’s I go to, the same horrible service. Not enough registers, not enough cooks in the kitchen, not fast enough drive-​thru, etc etc etc.
