Cost Cutters

Received the worst haircut of my life. The stylist didn’t take any length off and basically gave me two layers like something out of the sixties. Couldn’t see how bad the cut was because it was still wet. I don’t expect much for the cost but this was the worst haircut ever. Will not go back.

I went here because the lady that does my hair was off yesterday Sunday. This was the only place I found open that I could get my hair washed without an appointment that I know of. I’m sure there are more places that I don’t know about. ANY WHO …
I walked in the lady at the desk was nice and she didn’t turn me away because of my hair texture and so. However she was pleasant and nice which is why I gave 2 stars, the problem comes in with the wash I have dry scalp and I felt like she just played with the end of my hair not really scrubbed my scalp like others have. Because when you sit in the chair to wash they check your hair and do on before they start shampooing ect… The products smelled great I then was moved to a chair but all of the combs to blow dry didn’t seem to fit. So had to proceed to brush the hair until it’s dry at this point my hair looks dry and just like it did when I walked it. I didn’t bother getting it blow dried my roots was still tough and it was hard to comb threw my hair. I parted it to put a ponytail so I could just get out of there and when I did my scalp was still dirty and I was just upset. Even if she didn’t know how to handle my hair with blow drying atleast the shampoo and conditioner should have cleaned my scalp. It pretty much look the same as it did when I first went in
So 1hr wasted and still need to pay again to get my hair done the right way.
What I find strange is that there are a lot of salon in milwaukee but the percentage of them being versatile in doing different texture of hair is pretty low. And that’s sad because I’ve been to a few other places to get my hair done and my texture was not an issue

Great place for a haircut! I get my haircut by Kandy and she does awesome fades and is current on trends. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. I have sat there getting my haircut and have seen them fix bad box color dye jobs and haircuts.

Had a day off on a Friday so I took my son and daughter with me. My son and I both needed cuts so I figured this would be a nice place to try. Right when we arrived I was told by the one stylist working that she was doing a color and it would be a 45 minute wait but that she would call in another stylist. Ummm… okay. So I took the kiddos to Target and 50 some dollars later we went back. After another few minutes wait she took us. She gave my son a clipper cut that more than met my expectations. Next she gave me the same cut and I was pleased with the results. Friendly, competent, and not overly chatty. Other than the wait on a day I didn’t mind a wait this is an okay place to get your hairs trimmed. All of them!
