Wouldnt even give it a second chance. Food was cold. Im surprised the board of health doesnt take temp readings on buffet. Nothing even tasted good. Was really disappointed

This is not a place I will ever visit again. My broccoli and a pork dish were cold. I cannot understand how that is possible when it’s on a hot bar. The floor did not look like it had been swept in weeks. Then as I was leaving I saw a dead cockroach by the register area. The only positive I can say is the hot and sour soup was decent. No, I will never eat there again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Let’s start with the hostess. She had an awful attitude. I get it we all have bad days, but since she’s the«face» of the establishment, the first employee I interact with, you should at least have a smile. To the nitty gritty: The food; cold and tasteless. It wasn’t like we were there late or even early for that matter, it was Saturday at 6pm. I honestly hope I don’t get sick. As we were leaving, we noticed a dead roach on the floor. Oh, and the tables weren’t clean either. Never, ever returning to this restaurant. I implore you, skip this place and go somewhere else. If I could have given less than 1 star I would have.

The food was very fresh. We’d just gotten to town from Atlanta and Shoney’s buffet was closed until 5. So we drove down the street and ran into this place. Everything we tried was awesome. Better than expected for a buffet restaurant. Will definitely visit again the next time I come to town.

Two words: Extremely average. Stopped by starving and in a hurry. I got a to-go box and filled it up, which I like doing at places like this because you can get a little bit of everything. They weigh the box and that’s how the price is figured out, which I don’t understand. I paid almost 8 bucks for my 1 to go box, but the price for the buffet was 10 I think. I’m not complaining at all because I was in and out so quickly. The rice was just okay at best. I got a little bit of each kind of chicken and everyone one of them was disgusting, except the orange chicken. The lo mein was extremely dry and seemed as if it had been there for a while. If I were them I would work on quality control because the quality just was not there. Wouldn’t go back.

If I worked for the health department, I would close this place ! Went in at 11 am(just opened), all the tabled were dirty, the floor was filthy(they were sweeping) the booths had food and crumbs in /on them. The staff(all of them) were all too interested in getting lunch, to be bothered to clean tables for customers. The end for me was when a waiter sneezed into his hands, wiped them on his apron, then went to the buffet to eat. I told the host I was done eating and that I would not pay, as I did not want to handle spoons and tongs from the buffet that had his snot on them. Never going back here.(What I did eat was nothing special anyhow)

We were in a hurry on a road trip and stopped at the gas station next door. They were cool enough to let us run in, fill up to go-boxes, pay, and split. Good, quality food at a reasonable price.

I been here when they first open and it’s been a couple of months since I went back.!The food has gone down hill since I last went but my biggest complaint was the service. I first called and asked what time they closed and they said 11. We got there at 9, party of 10 and my brother asked what time they closed to make sure. The guy said 10:30. And I said oh, when I called they said 11(the sign on the door also says 11) and he immediately said«who said that?! We close at 10:30). There were about 3 – 4 other parties that came in after us also so we thought everything would be fine. They failed at replenishing the buffet and we had to ask several times to make more food. What urked me the most was when we asked for the check, the waitress literally just stand there the whole time staring at us while my siblings and I were pulling our money together and counting the money. I told her we will bring it up to the counter, which everyone have been doing. She just stood there and said, I will bring it up. It was awkward/rude situation, just hovering over us the whole time. I won’t waste my time coming here anymore. Bad service, mediocre food. Never again.

Got there around 7:00pm and there were 10 other people. We picked off the scraps from the standard Chinese buffet faire. However for the rest of the night NONE of the food was replenished and many had 1 – 2 pieces or were completely empty. Overall the atmosphere was dead and the staff seemed like they didn’t care about the customers at all. Will never come back here.

I created this account to let people know to bypass this place and West Memphis. I hope I am not visiting the ER for my mistake of eating here. The grill was decent but the rest of the food was cold and had been sitting for a while.

I write this with a heavy heart! At first my family and I loved this place especially at lunch time. BUTTHENITHAPPENED! A ROACH! It was walking on the wall right at our table! I was extremely grossed out! I told the waiter and he seemed like this was a normal thing for them. So I went to talk to the hostess and she told me that«every restaurant has a roach problem and there is nothing they can do». I was taken back by that since my husband and I both worked at multiple restaurants in our day in different states and have never come across roaches. She allowed me to peek into the kitchen and it was worse! I must have seen 3 or 4 walking on the wall. We will never go to Fusion again!

For a ten dollar buffet, I give it 5 stars. Bonus, they didn’t charge us for our toddler twins, so a family of four ate a delicious fulfilling meal for less then $ 20. And my twins can put some food away! It was clean with a large selction of food. Try the mozzarella and crab if you want something rich and creamy.

Nice buffet with sushi and hibachi… also other unique items like fried frog legs and oysters. I’d say this is well worth the price as there was a good variety, the food all tasted fresh, and the staff was friendly. Very modern appearance on the inside, but not overwhelming(as some Asian places seem to have too much going on between the lights and the sounds). I’d recommend giving this place a try if you happen to be in the area.

Hibachi/Mongolian grill, sushi, and a plethora of options to choose from on the buffet? It was perfect! Thankfully, we’re allowed to the park our rig at the Walmart truck-parking area and walk our happy, hungry butts over to this wonderful buffet. I absolutely loved the design in this place. It was very colorful, bright and had plenty of seating(even for extremely large and loud crowds in the back). It was modern and reminded me a bit of stepping into a room with 1,000 rainbow disco balls. The hibachi part of this place was plentiful with chicken, beef, shrimp, pork and not-so-authentic crab meat. You could add onions, lo mein, pineapple, brocolli, cabbage, and other assorted vegetables. The guy cooks it up right in front of you!(Don’t forget to tip a 1 $) On the buffet, they had options like egg rolls, fried and white rice, crab legs(but apparently they don’t always have these), oysters, cold shrimp, pepper steak, general tso’s chicken, teriyaki chicken, FROGLEGS, and crawfish! The absolute BEST part of this place was the SUSHI! They had all different kinds and it was fresh. It is very rare to find fresh sushi at a buffet place and I was floored. Definitely get yourself a plate full. They DO offer takeout for the buffet but that does NOT include the sushi takeout. This is completely different and has a different pricing regiment. Also, they take reservations, so call ahead and enjoy some delicious food and friendly service!
