The baby back ribs are some of the best I’ve had. They are so tender and pull right off the bone. The sides were great too. Baked beans and turnip greens. Delicious!!!

Woody’s catered our wedding for 100 people and to say that it was great would be understated. Even people who don’t care for barbecue were loving it. We had pulled pork and chicken, beans, cole slaw, and banana pudding for dessert. The pans were cleaned out by the end of the night. They delivered the food exactly on time, hot, and ready to go. We want to give a big thanks to Greg and all of the staff at Woody’s.

Baby backs were really tender and flavorful. Didn’t even need extra sauce. Baked beans… Whew. I’d love to know the nutrition info on them to see the sugar content. Way too sweet for me. Mash and toast were enjoyable. Service was excellent… Quick and friendly. Price was definitely cheap! I’d go back but get a different side next time.

Woodys was a great experience. The fried okra is nice, albeit a little unseasoned. I enjoyed the creamed corn and the coleslaw was fresh as well. Coming from the south, I have exceptionally high standards for barbecue. I really enjoyed the different spicy and sweet barbecue sauces they have on their tables but the meat was a miss for me. Brisket wasn’t tender enough and had a chewy texture. I didn’t dig the barbecue chicken. It wasn’t juicy enough. I will definitely give the place another try but Woodys definitely isn’t the best barbecue I’ve had.

It’s a pretty generic looking spot tucked in a corner of a shopping plaza. The food is a good value for the amount, but average quality at best. My dad and I comfortably split the«taste of Woody’s» plate, with four different kinds of meat: a few ribs, chicken, brisket(?), and turkey. The ribs were tough, chicken was passable, brisket was overcooked, and turkey like it came from a grocery-bought packet. I ordered a side of vegetables, and it was a sad serving of green beans drowning in gravy. The sides included with our plate were a gluey mound of mashed potatoes and french fries. My uncle’s order of a pulled pork sandwich looked like a much better option. Beer was incredibly cheap at $ 8/pitcher, so we went for it. The hostess and our server were quick and attentive, checking on us often, although more people trickled in and made our area quite busy. Perhaps things would have been better if we had gone earlier in the day, when food might have been fresh.

They did a very good job catering an event for 60 students I was organizing. Meats and sides were very good as always. Everything was organized and labelled well, they loaded my vehicle well. My wife and I eat here regularly. Please try the banana pudding and coconut cream pie desserts. Outstanding!!! Recommended.

Very good ribs. I ate at the bar because the place was very busy. Also I was by myself down here working. The ribs and all of the side items were great. The price was good as well.

I eat here several times a week for both lunch and dinner. As a patron for many years now, it is one of my favorite places to come eat. The food and staff are all excellent! Best prices for the amount of food you get. Also used them numerous times for small and large catering and was perfect. I would recommend this great place to ANYONE! My faves are chicken, catfish, and southwest salad(warning: the salads are HUGE! That’s coming from a big eater!).

Three of us ate dinner here. The food was quick and delicious. I had prime rib, it was so tender. My wife had catfish and it was crispy and full of flavor. Our guest had the full rack of ribs and they were falling off the bone. Amazing service! And when the bill came, we were pleasantly surprised! Great value.

I’ve been coming here my whole life. There was a server named Peggy and a server named Bobbi and when I was about 10 years old, they showed me that a dining experience isn’t made for robotic workers. They get to know your whole family! My father would always take us there because the service was impeccable. And I’m glad to see that it hasn’t changed. I know they closed the Woody’s down on Malabar Rd and I thought for sure this location would soon be shut down(cuz when one goes down they all usually follow suit.) and I am SOHAPPY that it hasn’t. As far as service goes, every single one of those girls do an amazing job! Drinks are ALWAYS full(sweet tea, of course!) and they always ask if you want one to-go. That to me, let’s me know they are still serving me long after I leave the restaurant. The food is always good here. I always always always order the same thing. Beans and Franks. I have ordered that since I was 10 and I will continue to order it until I can’t order it anymore. And what’s great about it, is they haven’t changed the recipe in 20 years. The Franks are still deep fried with the ridges! The beans are the same as I’ve always remembered and now they have added the corn nuggets. OHYESSSS! The fried squash is something my family has always ordered for the past two decades and I’m so glad I can introduce it to my family today. Carol and her mother do a great job serving us. They remind me of Peggy and Bobbi from when I was just a kid. I look forward to my summers at Woody’s where we eat here monthly. May just doesn’t come soon enough!

One of the things I love about going south is BBQ — not much where I live in MA. Woody’s is an awesome, casual dining experience with AWESOMEBBQ. This is not a touristy stop, it is good local food. The service is excellent and the prices are affordable — dinners are $ 6 to $ 10. Ice tea is off the hook and it is the best(bar none) banana pudding in Florida.

We went there recently and will not return. You can judge a restaurant by the food and way it is kept. The interior was shabby and there were a number of light bulbs in their chandeliers that needed replacement. This indicates to me management that doesn’t care about the product and customers. The food was fair and the service was passable. There are better places.

If good barbecue that won’t break the bank is what you’re looking for then check out Woody’s. There is a very authentic country style atmosphere inside right down to the picnic bench style booths. The food is good, very affordable, & the staff is both attentive & friendly. I tried a little bit of everything from the menu & there didn’t seem to be anything I wouldn’t order again. If you’re in the area, check them out. I put up a bunch of photos from my visit.
