My son rented a tuxedo here, for my brother’s wedding in NYC. When he made the arrangements, he told them that he needed the tux by Monday night. My sister and brother in law were leaving for new jersey. He went there to pick it up, and it was not there. So now he had to take it on the plane. When he finally gets the tux the next day, he had it fitted. He informed the woman that it was too big. This is a size 42. She adjusted everything my son was there for almost an hour. My son has a flight that evening. So he just left with the tuxedo. When he put it on for the wedding the pants were falling off of him.
The adjustments that she made looked like my grand daughter was the one that had sewn it. It looked like he had clown pants on. So I did not let him wear those pants, we ended up buying him a pair of black pants. He did wear the vest and jacket. That following Monday I called and spoke to the owner of the establishment. I informed this woman of the whole situation. She said that she did the best that she could. I was upset that my son had to pay $ 150 for the tux. He used only the best and jacket. It’s not about the money she should at least apologized, but instead she yelled and was nasty on the phone. She informed me that she has been doing this for 8 yrs. Then she proceeded to hang up. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you need a tuxedo or anything for a wedding, I suggest the Men’s Warehouse.

I bought my wedding dress here. I tried on a dress a year prior as that was when my wedding was suppose to be, but it was moved to a year later. By that time my dress was a bit snug. However they advised me on what to do to make the fit. The staff is friendly and take pride in their work. And they love to help people and make your day special.
