We went with them to cater our big fat German wedding where they served the best German potato salad I’ve ever had. We were initially going to use the Rhinelander, but this small firm seemed more attentive to the details of our planning process. Though we held it at a somewhat remote location (Champoeg State Park) they executed flawlessly. We also had them cater our rehearsal dinner the night before with their Hawaiian menu which was to die for. We’ll be happy to use them for any future anniversary parties. Next time we’ll go Greek!
