Markin Farms Zipline Adventures

This is a really good starter course especially if you aren’t sure how nervous you’ll be or if you have kids that are timid about doing it. We had two kids (11 and 16) who were very nervous but the guides were super patient and had the kids zipping through the trees in no time.

We went as a group of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids ages 11 and 13) with a Groupon deal-​I believe it was around $ 40 bucks. Lori and Mac are great guides and we had an awesome time. As one earlier reviewer said, this is a work out. lots of climbing and obstacles such as suspended bridges, etc but totally worth it! Lori and Mac are extremely knowledgeable and have a great passion for what they are doing. They take the time to explain everything so take the time to listen to them! The course was beautiful and loads of fun-​we also did the extreme zipn over the lake (it was included) and it was so amazing! Loved everything about it!

My wife gave this to me as a surprise birthday gift. We traveled almost 3 hours for this because of a great deal we got through a groupon type website. We had a little bit of a snag when the deal we got was actually invalid based on the coupon deal website’s error, but after discussing with the owner they honored the deal, showing their level of customer service.
We got started a little later than we had reserved, but that was ok. We had two guides that were husband and wife and obviously had a passion for what they did with training, safety, and making sure everyone was having a good time. For those of you who want to do this as a tour, be prepared – this is definitely a workout, and I am not someone who is completely out of shape, but even as I type this, I am sore from the 2.5 hr adventure, and in heat conditions, this could be a potential to overheat! You should also LISTEN CLOSELY to your guides for every piece of advice on every zipline, as to when to brake, getting your feet up, and take off points, or else you do have the potential to get hurt. But if you listen, it is great fun!!!
The ziplines are different and the challenges are just that – challenges! The course is well designed, and the last zipline – the extreme – is a very long zipline that goes over an entire lake! I would suggest this to anyone who is interested in experiencing ziplines or even are pros who want a new experience. Reasonably priced for sure, and a unique and memorable experience overall!

GREAT GREAT GREAT! We bought a Groupon for our first Zipline adventure. We had to cancel once due to unforeseen circumstances but we finally made it.
We were greeted by Levi and Mac who were are guides.
There was a course of 12 (I think) Ziplines and it was outstanding and both Levi and Mac where nice, funny and taught us well.
Super nice people and I would highly recommend this place for yourself or a group.
