Just your average Panera. Popped in for a warm bagel on a rainy day, and was greeted with a smile and a tempting little display of pastries. Nothing really sets it apart from other chain locations, but nothing really jumped out to make the experience horrible either. Overall, it’s just what I’d expect from any other Panera.

Oh Panera bread. You are so much better then Subway, burgers or pizza. We stopped in here on the way back home for lunch after looking for a place that was healthy and hearty. Also it can keep all members of the family happy on a long day of driving. With a sandwich(which tastes like real fresh bread) there are many good add on options(chips, cookie, bread or an apple) for those big appetites where just a sandwich isn’t enough. My sandwich was a grilled turkey and cheese which was as expected. This is what’s great about Panera. Their consistent quality is very high from store to store. If sandwiches are your deal come here. Even if you are a one eyed grumpy sailor you should be satisfied.

I already have a pretty low opinion of Panera. The is epicly bland, over priced for what it is, small portions, and has a tendency to somehow garner enough business to displace real authentic places to grab a bite. My roomate and I ordered sandwiches here on a road trip because of a gift card. I ordered the steak and white cheddar panini and it managed to limbo under the bar usual Panera quality. The bread was tasteless and hard, the meat was tasteless and over cooked, the«white cheddar» tasked more like a crappy slice of store brand motz(the brick, not he fresh kind). The only thing on the sandwich that had any semblance of flavor was the sauteed onions, which were only flavorful because they(either on accident or on purpose) under cooked enough to retain some natural oniony bite. As I said, I am already predisposed to dislike Panera, but I feel like this particular establishment really pushes the envelop in terms of overpriced extra mediocre food.

Worst Panera in the entire chain. Went there twice recently and both times some clown named Jason completely screwed up my order, then have me a total attitude when brought to his attention. Reading the last 4 reviews on this place should tell you all you need to know. As other reviewers have stated, don’t bother complaining to corporate, they don’t even bother to respond to complaints or feedback of any kind. Panera Bread has a steadily gone downhill over the last year or so, most notably at this location, where clueless employees like Jason haven’t the slightest idea about customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst service ever! I called in my order at 11:20am then when I got there at 11:55am, I waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told that my order was still being cooked. I finally got my order at 12:12PM. So done with Panera… So slow…

We ate this Panera location just about a week ago. We’ve eaten here before in the distant past, and it was ok. But this time, it was gross. Our sandwiches were nasty. They were basically all bread. When we opened them up, we could see just a tiny half-slice of a couple different meats. The bread itself was wrong too, like greasy wonder-bread instead of the normal Panera bread. We were so mystified, one of us actually asked a staff member about it, and they gave a story about ingredient supplies being out of stock in this location. To me, it seems more like they’ve decided to make extra money by cheaping out on ingredients, while still selling at full price. Maybe that will give them a short-term profit boost, but customers aren’t stupid enough to put up with that for long. Like most people, we’ve eaten at a lot of different Paneras. So it’s obvious this one is ripping people off. This Panera location needs to clean up its act. It’s giving the Panera company a bad name.

This panera is always slow and out of everything. They always get orders wrong Have complained many times to corporate and franchise owners but they do not care about the issues. I recently attended and I asked for a Cappuccino and they gave me a latte. The girl behind the counter told me that was a cappuccino. Manager came over and made it.

Finally tried Panara. What a disappointment. Food is gross and over priced. My husband and I each ordered soup and half sandwich, which they got mixed up. Bread was like cold rubber. Chicken and bacon were cold and just thrown on the bread… no mayo or mustard… they never asked me either. Tables were dirty. Don’t waste your money here.

So glad we stopped here during a road trip from Boston to Norwich. Pricier than Subway but so much better. Great salads and wonderful sandwiches on quality bread. Love the mac and cheese! You really can’t go wrong with any food item here because everything is fast, well-made, generously portioned, and definitely excellent value. Plus there’s outdoor seating. I wish there was a Panera in Hawaii!

Panera is Panera, so the food is pretty much the same wherever you go. I like their chai latte better than their coffee. The food is fine but sometimes service can be a wee bit slow. Last time I was there nothing in my order was right: had to request my food order was re-done and had to request my beverage was made in the first place. Their catering service is decent.

We love Panera Bread! It makes a great cheap lunch. So we did this a few weeks ago on our way to Boston! The food was great. I ordered a Chicken Caesar sandwich. All I can say is wow! Its a great blend of Caesar dressing, lettuce, tomatoes and bacon! Gives you a great crunch and yet leaves you craving more! This is how sandwich should be! The price is also pretty fair. I ended up paying around $ 8.50 per sandwich. This was expected as we have been to other Panera’s. The service here was also pretty good. Easy in and easy out for lunch! Made our trip a lot better with a full tummy! It was back on the road to Boston after our stop here! Successful!

Friendly staff — Panini not too hot in the center– I was, after all, surprised how quickly the food was ready. The center was luke warm at best. A bit pricey– but decent food and better than the fast food joints that surround it.

Very nice Panera location. Easy parking & doesn’t get too crowded which is nice because I’m usually trying to use the WiFi & catch up on some work while I stop in here. The menu & food quality is that of all other Paneras.

What I have eaten here is fine, but it’s a bit expensive for what you get and it will be really hard for someone with any kind of food allergies to find something to eat here. I’ll go if someone else really wants to, but it’s nothing special. We also found the staff to be nice, but they ran out of coffee while we were there and had evidently been out of pastry for hours, which seems weird for a bakery chain, no?

Food is the same as every Panera, everywhere. It’s just fine. The free wifi rocks, except that between 11:30 and 1 ish, they cut you off after 30 minutes. They recently added a bar style work area with an outlet for every seat against one wall. Outlets are in limited supply elsewhere, so make sure your laptop and cell are fully charged before you go if you expect to work or study long.

I won’t be writing a review about the food. I think anyone who has eaten at a Panera shop knows the food here is consistently fresh and tasty. What I have to give this place props for is something else entirely. Imagine a 4-day power outage during reading week at law school. The entire campus shuts down. Now imagine, if you please, the chaotic scene at this Panera when almost a hundred panicky, hungry, almost frozen into icicles law students descend. We were not a happy bunch. We all needed room to spread out, warm food and drinks, and a place to camp out with books and outlines and laptops. Panera accommodated us with a smile. Managers did not come by asking us to leave. Nor did they insist that we move our power cords out of the aisles. Instead, they did their best to accommodate our needs and that of their other customers. We had food and drinks in hand in minutes! Free refills on coffee and tea? Of course! Bonus? Even after spending 8 hours here, we weren’t asked to pay for another cup. They dealt with our neuroses, our flashcards scattering around the restaurant, and our raised voices arguing whether one legal theory trumped another. They checked their Internet speed when we complained that we couldn’t get our Wi-Fi to work. In essence, they did everything they could to give us a topnotch experience during one of the most stressful times of our lives. I really couldn’t ask for more, except possibly, another orange scone? Yes, please! I’m finding my carb– and sugar-fueled happy spot!

Finally, a classy corporate fast food chain restaurant in the Upper Valley! Pros: I.C. Cappucino Chip, Portabello Mozzarella on Rosemary Onion Foccacia, Boston Clam Chowder, & Comfy Chairs. Cons: A tad expensive and they were like one of the three locations that didn’t have Wi-Fi(But I think they have since fixed that.)
