West Lake Mail

Westlake Mail is a great alternative to receiving mail at home or dealing with the USPS. I like the friendly staff and that it’s owned locally.
As a small business owner who doesn’t need a brick and mortar office, this provides the perfect solution for giving my business a commercial mailing and dropoff/​pickup address in a great location. All without me having to pay for my own office space or staff. I do in fact own two office spaces but rent them to others because Westlake Mail makes better sense for my particular business. It’s also very convenient that they can sign for me when packages or notices arrive, then alert me that I something waiting.
But even if I didn’t own a business, as a parent with a child in college, it also provides a super easy and friendly place to send things to my daughter when needed. Even if you only need to ship or send things once or twice a year, using WM is much better than standing in line at the post office, waiting for the next soulless drone to provide you horrible service. And you can know you’re supporting a local small business owner.

What a great option to waiting in long lines at the USPS! The shop is always clean and tidy, with some of the greatest greeting cards for all occasions I have come across in Austin. The staff is super friendly — hope Saturday service doesn’t go by the wayside come August.
