A friend and I went here last night to get tattoos after trying at Sacred Apple(they were, of course, too busy). Ink Well wasn’t busy until after he started on our tattoos, but we were lucky enough to get in and get ours done. I promised myself I’d never go anywhere but Sacred Apple in Lafayette, but seeing as they were busy and seeing as Ink Well had a good bit of text work to their name, I decided to go with Ink Well for this one. I love, love, love it. It’s not what I had envisioned, but after talking through the design with him and seeing it transferred on my foot, I knew it was perfect. My friend got her first tattoo last night, and she was pretty nervous. The only reason for the four stars here is because he wasn’t really listening to her the first few times she walked through what she wanted with the tattoo and it took a while to work through exactly what was going to be done. Once they communicated, though, she ended up with precisely what she wanted in a tattoo. Overall, a good experience at Ink Well. If I get another text tattoo I’ll be coming back here!
