Franklin Park Apartments

Ok, let me start by saying that this apartment complex is not the newest or more luxurious one but let me tell you that I cannot be any happier for choosing this place!
There are so many things I like about this apartment complex that I am going to make a list…
1. Cheap: Under 700 dollars for one bed room plus den
2. Huge: Like I said mine it’s a one bed room plus den but in actuality it is more like a two bedroom apartment
3. Cozy: The layout is amazing. As soon as you open the door of the apartment you feel like home even if the place is still empty
4. Spacious: I have so much space that I had to buy a bigger couch and I need to get a dinning table and not a small one since the dining room is huge
5. Practical: I have so much storage space! This apartment have a total of four closets and a little storage shed in the balcony. I have been able to find a place for everything I own with no cluster or pilling things up…
6. Convenient: You have Walmart right behind the complex pretty much
7. Quiet: Even though the allow dogs you can barely hear them; usually only when I am coming up the steps is when they start barking. Other than that this place is super quiet and peaceful.
8. Parking: No matter what time of the day or night I have always been able to find parking space right in front of my building.
9. Fire place: It has a very nice fireplace that for an apartment of this price is surprising.
I really love my apartment; I like it so much that I just don’e even want to go out hahaha! I can’t wait to have money to buy some nice things for it…
The only thing that take don’t let me give it a five star rating is that it doesn’t have washer and dryer in all the apartments or even in the same building. They have a laundry facility for the whole complex. However, so far I haven’t have any issues doing my laundry there so it hasn’t been that big of a deal.
Finally, the manager is super friendly and helpful. I was able to get everything square through e-​mail so when I got to West Lafayette I came straight to pick up my keys, Just an amazing place to live even if it’s not the newest or fanciest complex around :-)
