Target Stores

The store is well straightened. However there are only two registers open for 20+ customers. I’m a little disappointed TARGET.

Target is the more successful older sibling of WalMart… well not really. WalMart is one of the most successful companies in the world… so maybe they’re the better looking sibling then? Because Target is always a good experience. Stores are clean and well lit and organized and the employees aren’t suicidal, which I really appreciate. You’re going to pay a little more for that experience, but sometimes the piece of my soul that I get to keep when I’m leaving the store is worth those few extra bucks.

This is like any other Target. Nothing special. I will absolutely go to Target instead of Wal-​Mart if given a choice.
I do like this location because it is right off the road. Its easy to get in and out of instead of going all the way into Jordan Landing.

It’s a Target. They are all pretty much the same, and they all take their fair share of my money. You go for one thing and leave with $ 76 worth of adorable ceramic owl salt shakers.
I have one major beef with this location. There is very obviously a couple of extreme couponers who are doing a lot of shelf clearing here. I casually coupon, and every.single.time. I have run over here for a good deal, the shelf has been cleared within minutes. It’s frustrating. I just want to buy one or two of whatever the thing is that’s on an amazing special. I don’t need 50 bottles of body wash. Arg.

This is just an update to my review… If you buy any food items check the date people, unless you want to end up in the bathroom all night or possibly worse, the hospital. Ok, maybe I’m exaggerating a bit. Please check the date on the photo I’m postinh. Please keep in mind today is 5÷24÷14.

Customer service at the Jordan Landing location is horrible. I had two (2) items, and the short, fat, balding the register very rudely proclaimed his register was closed by shoving his hand toward me. His light was still on. This store rarely has enough registers open. I will not be back to this location any time soon.

Despite the fact that Jordan Landing just seems to be somewhat run down these days and always was a pain to navigate due to its crazy intersections, I can thankfully say that as with pretty much every location, Target always comes through.
I actually used to visit this Target a lot back when I lived in West Jordan, but also found myself here just a couple weeks ago also. It doesn’t matter just how run down or unlikely the location, once you get inside a target you soon forget whether you find yourself in Draper, Riverton, West Jordan, Murray, Magna or Pripyat, Ukraine.
And that’s really the beauty of Target stores. They are truly one of the few big chain retailers that provide decent quality goods at decent prices in clean well organized stores, and one that still have some idea of how to provide some level of service to boot. I can’t say I’ve ever had poor service at any Target.

I choose to use this «mega-​retailer» because the only other nearby option that I have is the nearby Wal-​Mart and I am not a Wal-​Mart fan. Overall, I appreciate the prices that Target provides, which seem to be as competitive or better than their nearby «mega-​retailer» competitor. The best part about this particular Target is that they’re not usually extremely packed with a bunch of idiot, incompetent consumers combined with the lack of experienced service personnel. Another great bonus is that I don’t have to spend five minute trying to locate a parking space. In the interest of fairness, I give Target Corporation an overall one-​star rating because they are like the many other «mega-​retailers» that sell Chinese products. However, I am giving this particular Target location a two-​star rating based upon their service, ability and overall selection.

LOVE THIS TARGET. Great service! Great parking. And they are so empty on Sunday afternoons, I can go in, get everything I need plus some and not have to fight a crowd. Plus they keep everything stocked well.

Who doesn’t love target. It’s clean and the staff are always willing to help. Their prices are more the reasonable.
