Larry B’s Meat and Cheese

Let me start off by saying that I am really impressed with this market in West Jefferson. Great people running it, Larry and Pam are the owners. Larry is kinda down to business and sometime a little brusk, Pam is really reserved and not very chatty… but they are both nice enough and are all about helping their customers.
They’ve got a great selection of quality, locally sourced meats, cheese, spreads, jams, candies, vegetables and baked goods. Most of the items I saw were from the Springfield area to the Granville area so if you are into supporting local businesses, this is the place to go.
They are really good about giving out samples of their meats and cheeses so you can consider what you like the best. I tried their roast beef with horseradish cheese… then I bought two pounds of the first and a pound of the latter. It’s all fresh and of a good quality.
Prices are very competitive with any other market you may have been to. I’ve been here many times whenever I’m in the area.
