A beautiful country ham at a great price
Sent one to my sister and brother-​in-​law, who are discerning foodies. They said it was magnificent. They have not cooked it, and are eating it like prosciutto
Update: We had some on our visit in February — delicious! We ate prosciutto –style (just like David Chang/​Momofuku recommends, as it turns out) — lovely flavor and texture. My brother-​in-​law has already called them to order one for his folks. He was shocked t how low the price was.
The company is very nice — I had problems ordering from their site (my Mac computer + home network problems = kicked off the site right after payment), so they contacted me to make see if I really wanted three orders for the same item sent to the same address. It arrived lickety-​split to Denver.
