Woven Accents

I’ve been searching for a place like this online to find out it was right under my nose and around the corner. The selection is amazing and the curation is impeccable. The moment I walked through the door I felt like a VIP buyer and it took them less than five minutes to figure out my taste and pull up 3 rugs that I would have spent years searching for. Amazing.

I’m very happy with my experience at Woven Accents. They had a huge selection of quality rugs, including several great options in the specific size and vintage style for which I was shopping (which any rug-​shopper knows can be tricky to find).
What makes them different to their competition (and why I ultimately bought from them) is their excellent customer service. Family run, no pressure whatsoever, and great knowledge and love for the art/​craft. Abraham and Sam were genuinely enthusiastic about their rugs and my pursuit designing a space, rather than making a sale. Very important.

As important as the quality of our new antique rug was the excellent service I experienced when dealing with Woven Accents. I was helped out by Jeannene. A real dream to work with! Incredibly patient, has a great eye, very knowledgeable, and not at-​all pushy. She even arranged for a «rug show» at our home so that we could see the pieces in the space. It doesn’t get better than that.
Phenomenal service aside, the selection of high-​quality rugs at Woven Accents is dazzling. Antique, contemporary, distressed, etc… they have everything. I highly-​recommend them, and will most-​certainly be returning for more.

LOVE my rug from Woven Accents. And Jeannene is the absolute best. The rug I originally was looking for was well out of my price range but she pointed me in the right direction and I ended up with a gorgeous, high quality rug (the very next day by the way and I live in Santa Barbara) on sale (half off the original price). I will absolutely be using them again (I still need a runner for my hallway) and referring them to all my friends.

I was looking for a high end rug for my grandmother for her 50^th wedding anniversary. My mom had been shopping for rugs and have been to numerous places. We decided to visit Beverly Hills largest antique rug dealer although we were a bit skeptical due to the fact that my mom had been to so many «so-​called» specialist only to be let down by the lack of quality and or selection. When we entered we immediately realized that selection was not going to be a problem being that their gallery felt as big a movie theater. We were immediately greeted by a sales person. They were wonderful at assisting us in anything we needed and helped us narrow down what we were looking for and showed us great samples. We wanted to take our time and we said that we would come back in a few days. They were extremely understanding and did not try to pressure us into any sale, which I completely appreciated. We did go back to purchase the rug. Once again the staff was extremely helpful. Overall a GREAT experience!!!
Honestly, if you are looking for high end rugs Woven accents is the place to go. The staff is the best
