I called to get information on a new faucet the woman who answered the phone was completely unhelpful and downright rude. Then I emailed a saleswoman she never got back to me and finally wrote to the corporate headquarters and they never called or emailed me back. RUDE RUDE RUDE! Guess they don’t want my business.

I’m a designer at Showcase Kitchens and Baths in Encino and have had nothing but great experiences working with Marcus from this Waterworks location. He’s very knowledgeable and is the best at taking care of my clients. I know I can always depend on him.

I really love Waterworks’ collections for tile and hardware but my review is based solely on this location.
First of all, this location in tiny. The one in NYC is way better. The sales associates are ok. The woman was nice and approachable but the guy was rude. He made me feel like I was bothering him. That’s never good.
Seriously, how can you expect to make sales when you make people feel uncomfortable? Besides, 8 week lead time is a little steep. I’m on a deadline.
I’ll look elsewhere. I don’t need to deal with all that attitude.

Great place to buy tile, though. So many wonderful choices. Their railroad tile and marble always make me wander from my initial reasons for being there.
BUT
I’m reviewing this location based my experience with warranties and their customer service.
Every time I walk in this place, I feel awkward because I have NO IDEA which people are customers and which are employees. They all seem to be chatting and casually hanging out. If you can pry one away, they know exactly what they are doing; Very efficient and knowledgeable. Anyway, they replaced the broken part no charge but they didn’t have it in stock. Still, great company.
Oh and I don’t know that they have a lot and the metered parking is overtaken by Urth customers. There is a little road a building or 2 away the intersects Melrose that has more metered parking.

This beautiful store is well laid out and a very pleasant place to shop. The staff is well informed and offers great design advice without condescension or snootiness.
Not everything here is out of reach crazy expensive — and most everything is unique to Waterworks. You’ll definitely find items here that will help your designs stand out.
