Casual atmosphere. Big portions. Great brunch. $ 3 photo booth. Happy hour from 4pm-7pm. Wine Wednesdays with all bottles 50% off(my favorite part). Not the best WeHo spot but it’s up there.

We came here last night for dinner and drinks before a concert and must say, the food was great! It just so happened that we dined during happy hour which was awesome! I’d say their Mac n Cheese with bacon was my favorite order of the night along with the chicken sliders. The chicken sliders were so amazing we got two orders because we needed a second round! The happy hour wine was disgusting, I got a Moscow mule after which totally made up for it though :) Overall, food was great and the vibe was fun! Only downfall was our very snotty waitress but we made the best of it. If we had a different waitress I’d give the place 5 stars.

Although Mr. Booth originally thought he saw Mr. Bloewen on a Tinder date here, it ended up being a fun birthday surprise when Mr. Booth realized we were there for him. My favorite dish was the spicy Mac and Cheese. The other items were all slightly above average, but service was good and drinks were plentiful. Mr. Bloewen was in a Fall Ball mood, so that was the drink of choice. Unfortunately my previous servings of whiskey that evening caused me to become a sissy earlier than the others. I don’t get out to a «lounge» very often these days, so really happy that I got to have dinner here with great friends. The Hudson is worth a try, but don’t expect to have your expectations blown away…

Had a great experience here on a Friday night! The place was packed!(In a good way). Not overly so(maybe a little), but definitely poppin’. I came with a group of 4 other people, and we were still able to find a place to sit down after looking around briefly. The Hudson has a nice atmosphere. It sort of looks like a log cabin, but in a hip way. And the crowd here is definitely pretty hip and mid to late 20’s. Everyone was somewhat dressed up, which I like, so I can actually put effort into my outfit and not stick out. Drinks are decent and music is pretty good too. There’s also a little bit of room to dance, if you want to. My favorite part: the photobooth! They have an actual photobooth that’s not digital and develops the photo strip! I thought it was pretty cool and pictures are in black in white. It’s $ 3 and only takes credit card(so swipe away!) And it’s tucked away in the back; you can probably find it if you follow the bright flashes.

The ambiance in here is terrific. There are cherrywood floors, a nice long bar and good music. The best part is… Drum roll please… They have a photo booth!!! This is a fun place to go with friends if you are looking for an upscale lounge. Enjoy!

Small. Food is average. Good prices on bottomless drinks during brunch, and for weekday dinner — its almost never busy. It’s absolutely tiny though, so coming here for the bar scene on a busy night is basically walking into a sauna full of people who think they look better than they do. Spare yourself.

My friend and I went to The Hudson’s New Years Day brunch and were shocked to not have to wait for a table(I’ve only been before for the bar scene ages ago). They had bottomless mimosas for $ 15, but only for the holiday. Their general brunch offers single mimosas or carafes. The food was decent, but not leaving me dying for more. The Hudson is super trendy — the table of girls next to us literally commissioned my friend to take«candid» photos of them brunching. The cool thing about the actual place is the trees growing THROUGH the restaurant. Yes, they go through the floor and up through the ceiling. Pretty rad! Happy New Year, everyone!

I don’t even know where to begin about how delicious the food is here. Mac and cheese a must(and definitely ask for it with the short ribs on top) Brussels sprouts no words. We got so full off those two that we couldn’t finish out meal. Everything on the menu is a must try. I just want to keep coming back so that I will have tried everything at least once. Chicken sliders and the tacos a must try as well.

A group of my friends and I came here on a Saturday night after we had a horrible time at EP&LP. Needless to say our night turned around for the better when we came here. The hostesses were so friendly and accommodating to our party of 8. I didn’t catch their names but the woman with the clear frames was really sweet. We didn’t even have a reservation but she made it work and got us a nice table at the corner of the restaurant. Our server was great as well and got our orders out quickly. The essentially have bar food, I ordered the jalapeño mac and cheese and it tasted well with the Mule that I ordered. I loved the vibe of the place too, people here are friendly and cool. They also played great hip-hop music! There isn’t really a big enough dance floor but that didn’t stop a of people from dancing from their tables. I had a great time at The Hudson and will definitely be coming back here!

I came here for DineLA and it wasn’t a bad meal. I tried the Mac and cheese, the Pan Roasted Chicken Breast and the Bourbon Pecan Bread Pudding. The Mac and cheese was so delicious and something all Mac and cheese lovers will enjoy. The chicken had some veggies and mashed potato along with a tender chicken. The dessert was mouthwatering and sweet with the caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. You’ll love it. The service was decent and can’t complain. The venue has street parking but be aware and read the street signs.

I came here a while back with a pretty large group of friends and now I’ve finally come around to writing my review. I used to pass by here a lot, and I’m glad I finally got to try because it’s a really cute brunch spot! I loved the décor and there was literally a tree growing right through the middle of the restaurant which I thought was pretty neat. I liked the atmosphere a lot and it was a really fun place to have brunch on a Sunday. However, it did tend to get a bit loud in there. My friends and I were constantly switching seats to talk to one another and it didn’t help that we were seated at a long picnic table! Our table ordered carafes of mimosas, which was a pretty good deal for $ 12 and was roughly 4 – 5 glasses. For an entrée, I ordered the Hudson Burger. Getting a burger at a new place is always a safe choice for me since it’s kind of impossible to mess up, and this one did not disappoint. It was a pretty basic burger, but still full of flavor. It was a good size for $ 13 and I even had leftovers to take home. Overall, it was a good experience. Don’t know if I’ll be back, but it was nice to finally try it after passing by so many times.

Came here for brunch before the crowds(arrived at 11am). Ordered the«Powerhouse» as one of the only GF options. It was okay but definitely was forgettable. My friend got the avocado toast w/a packed egg. hers looked much tastier than mine. Fun atmosphere but fairly loud for conversation… even with only a few other parties in the place. Cheap mimosas($ 3 for brunch)!!

One of the coolest places to hangout at in WeHo! If you come during happy hour, you’ll save a little… and usually the house is usually pretty packed during most hours of the day. So I met up my friend here and we ordered similar items on the menu, such as the brown rice with the veggie dish, fries, and a good number of drinks. The drinks are good and stiff. We had margaritas, mojitos, and I think Moscow mule? And I’m so glad they serve Hoegaarden here too – it’s one of my fave beers. We had an awesome waiter. If I remember correctly, his name was Scott. At one point, he was serving the whole floor, which was ridiculous. Short on coverage for a moment I noticed. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Terry. He was a cool, down-to-earth guy. Any questions or concerns we had, he resolved them. When we left, we saw this guy who seemed mellow, laid back, and blended with the crowd. He was security, which I found amusing… If you decide to give this place a try, make sure you make a reservation because there may be a wait or you have to opt for the bar, but there can be a wait there too. While you wait, you can just people watch, especially the staff. They’re eye candy…

Another incredible experience at the Hudson!!! The food was incredible. We ordered a few salads, the brussel sprouts, Mac and cheese, and a few sandwiches. I honestly love coming here on Wednesdays!!! The crowd is amazing and the restaurant/bar is awesome. Definitely a place to check out if you haven’t!!!

Alright, Saturday, June 6, 2015 around 8pm. I had dinner reservations with two of my closest friends, and get this, it was for my birthday. I mean can’t go wrong with dinner at this location, as from my previous review for brunch, it was just a excellent spot to come to. I had to come back for dinner instead of brunch, I mean it’s a sexy spot at night, from the staff to the people, the lighting, the warm rustic tones. UMMM yeah, I mean this is a hot spot to come to. Luckily at night it was beautiful and clear, which added that extra spark to the this restaurant. For apps: –Chicken Quinoa Meatballs-rustic san marzano tomato sauce, smoked mozzarella, basil, roasted garlic crostini (moist, soft, punched with flavors, garlic(umm my fav) –Crispy Calamari-spicy marinara, lemon aioli* (calamari is my fav in general so this just hit the spot especially with the lemon aioli) For dinner: –Tuscan Kale Salad-shaved beets, goat cheese, sundried cranberries, toasted walnuts, champagne vinaigrette (this dish, is refreshing, If your not a fan of kale, try this dish. I mean the way it is made with with the champagne vinaigrette, love love love.) view picture — Pan Roasted Chicken Breast-roasted shallot potato purée, grilled broccolini, lemon chili sauce (love me some shallots especially in potato purée, and the chicken especially the skin, crispy and to me is the best part of the chicken(lol). I mean the chicken was moist with no doubt. Now this dish was ligh and calorie friendly) –Steak Sandwich-roasted poblanos, chimichurri, fresh tomato, wild arugula, shaved parmesan (cooked to medium, my fav temp) with sweet potato fries. This dish I splurged on, meaning I ate it all) Mind you, I tried each dish, and mine was the steak sandwich. So hopefully not everyone thinks I ate all these dishes.(lol) Good company, convo and food along with the ambience. By far a relaxing night. Thanks to the staff and managment for an excellent dinner. I will be back most definitely.

Came back for drinks and appetizers and had a great time! I got the Huddy and the Hit and Run, which were well-made balanced drinks. Delicious. For our little meal, we got: 1. Brussel sprouts(fried): A decent sized plate. I wished that it was a little crispier, but overall really nice flavors and not too salty. 2. Short rib tacos: You get two decent sized ones, and the meat is very tender and juicy. Definitely a satisfying dish. 3. Mussel frites: Fries were great. Mussels were just standard. The sauce is a bit too oily and not too much flavor. 4. Crab cakes: My favorite appetizer of the four. You get two decent-sized crab cakes with a very crunchy exterior and pieces of crab inside. I really enjoyed it! 5. Bourbon pecan bread pudding: Overall a solid dessert that came with scoop of ice cream on top. The bread pudding itself has trace elements of all the components mentioned in the name, but I wished it was just slightly softer. It’s surprisingly light. I really love the train car look and the interior. It’s much better when the flat screen TV is off in the main dining room. There are various rooms, with the main one very very loud. This is the second time I’ve sat in this room. Tonight, there was a birthday party at the communal table, and they were hella loud. Hopefully you come on a luckier night.
