Nazaria took my order was rude from the start and then seem to forget my order. I walked up to the window after ten mins it seems an she said to me can I help you an I said yea I’d like my $ 7 dollar drink and she said what did you order. She had one order after me and then the store was calm with no other orders. Said and I left irritated enough to write this.

This Coffee Bean is great. Every time I’m up on that part of Sunset I’ll stop off for a cup. The staff are awesome. Parking lot people are very nice as well. Great outdoor space to take in the city action. This is my favorite Coffee Bean!

If you want to fall in love 3x a morning — just sit on this patio. ;) Great coffee and service too. Parking is limited. Many guys just park in the way, with the engine running, while their supermodel girlfriend goes in to get coffee. So sitting inside also has it’s perks. But the patio is where the majority of people watching, and screenplay writing, takes place. Cheers!(with a coffee)

Friendly and professional service, great drinks, good atmoshphere. The only negatives are limited parking — made worse by the recent influx of Über drivers who camp out waiting for riders and who annoyingly smoke and don’t purchase anything — and that they allow non-service dogs to stay at length inside(a problem for those like me with allergies).

I’ve been to a number of coffee beans in my life. This is easily my favorite one. There’s nothing special about the coffee, but with the new renovation and the homey feel they give off and plenty of outdoor seating, it’s perfect to go there and get work done or just people watch.

One of the better CBTLs. Cushy seating on Sunset Boulevard with outside heating that works. Great scenery. Good coffee. Entertainment. A crazy, sorry, mentally ill woman put her“service dog” on the table.

This is somewhat of a chain store, however, out of all the other Coffee Bean locations I favor this one in terms of atmosphere. Lots of space to do your work. I like coming here to do most of my writing post Coachella here ’cause they prepare a good London Fog. Customer service is hit and miss the few times that I have been here, however, that is always the case with chain places.

Staff was friendly. Outdoor patio is nice but not shaded from the wind, which makes it very cold-and negates benefits of fire on patio. The store was absolutely freezing. Plus there was a transient who smelled *really* bad who kept wandering around and the staff did nothing.

I went to visit a friend of mine yesterday on(12−13−14) for tea who lives in the area. The location my friend had planned on taking me to was on Holloway Drive ended up being closed. My friend and I had had just walked several blocks, it was cold out and we were standing on the corner of Sunset Blvd & Holloway Drive when I looked around I spotted a very tempting fire pit attached to the outdoor patio section of the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I threw my Starbucks love out the window and suggested we walk across the street and have coffee/tea there and that is exactly what we did. We crossed the street and found an empty Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf on a Saturday night. Upon walking in this location appeared to be quite clean, two employees were working and both were friendly. My friend ordered a ‘light flavored’ coffee as I ordered a decaffeinated cappuccino with steamed soy; I was a bit thrown off when they asked if I wanted one shot or two, a question I do not encounter at Starbucks. I asked for ‘one shot’ which ended up being a size small. After placing our drink orders we had the option of sitting anywhere because as stated before we were the only customers in this location at the time. We sat down at a table with some very comfortable lounge type chairs. I did notice that every table had a power outlet close to it for those who are looking to take advantage of the ‘free’ Wi-Fi. Just after a minute or so our drinks were ready. I took my drink over to the condiment section and found it to be spotless. I located cinnamon and hooked up my cappuccino. After hooking up our drinks we moved back outside to bare the elements of Southern California in December=) We found the patio area to be as empty as the inside of this location. We were going to move a table closer to the fire only to find the tables bolted down so we simply moved our chairs closer to the fire and used the fire pit ledge as our table. Even with the wind blowing the fire had enough power to keep us warm. We enjoyed our drinks, our conversation and watching the party crowd head west on Sunset Blvd to the Nightclubs. I found my cappuccino to be spot on; I enjoyed the rich flavor & did notice a difference between the drinks here and at Starbucks, my friend enjoyed her coffee. If and when I happen to be in the area again I would not mind visiting this location again. I really enjoyed the company, the fire & people watching.

I admit I don’t visit Coffee Beans often and this is probably the second location I have been to in LA. If I want to visit a café, chances are that I would probably go to a Starbucks; not because I have anything against Coffee Bean but only because I am more familiar with Starbucks and am a part of their rewards club. This Coffee Bean is conveniently located on the Sunset blvd very close to the Sunset Strip. It’s rather small on the inside with very few seats but makes up for this with a spacious patio. A major disappointment was that I only saw one outlet near the bathroom and there were none to be found near the seats along the window. I ordered the large dark chocolate blended beverage, which was about $ 5.50. It was very rich and thick! Honestly, I found that I enjoyed the taste of this drink over the frappucinos at Starbucks. FYI I am a huge dark chocolate fan and this drink was true to its name. Very chocolatey. Will be back to try out different flavors soon!

Oh LA, how it’s good to be back. Especially for their ice blended white chocolate. Which is so good I thought it couldn’t be real. A sugar junkies heaven.

Love CB&TL iced coffee. Great lighting and quick service. Great large patio and friendly staff. Not terribly uppity but genuine. I even lost a ring in the trash and one employee dug it out for me!

Came here after the Yellowcard show at the H.O.B. It was avery quiet place to have a chai soy latte. The staff were uppity and cool. It s cool that they have the wifi code on the tv screen at the top. Oh yeah, try their snickerdoodle cupcake… that with a warm drink just is simply thee best! I hope the staff and management read this review… you guys rock… keep it up…

I’ve only been there once, but the iced chai latte tasted like sugar milk. There was no tea flavor at all.

I’m not going to lie, I am a sucker for The Coffee Bean. I love their tea lattes and their blended drinks. The ice blendeds are like a milk shake and the perfect thing to cool you off on a hot day. I don’t actually drink coffee, so the drinks I get are coffee free. My faves are the strawberry banana ice blended and the pure vanilla. There is free parking at this location but it often fills up. There is a nice patio where you can sit in the sun and there is a fire pit, which is great for cooler days. It’s a great place for a coffee meeting and my go-to local spot for just that.

My favorite spot to enjoy a coffee, read, and get on my computer. The staff are really nice young people with an overall friendly attitude. I’m sure they’re not planning to work there for the rest of their lives, but they never treat you like it’s your fault they’re there. The outdoor patio is killer, with a great fireplace & a few heaters for those cooler days & nights. There’s free parking, and not only can you easily keep an eye on your car(if you choose to), but it’s always surprisingly easy to find a spot. There is free wi-fi, and you get great speed everywhere on the property. The televisions have the passwords clearly displayed, and it’s an easy log-in process. There are even little(non annoying) birds that fly right by you and have no problem landing on your table. If you want, you can give them a piece of your bagel, which they will hop up to you and eat right from your hand. The only thing that could be improved here, is there is a lack of power outlets to plug in your laptop. There are two seats inside, and basically 2 spots outside. If they’re taken, you’re out of luck. Then again, I always just read my book or write until one opens up. A great place!

5 Stars for Location at the Intersection and Outdoor Patio Seating on Sunset. One of my favorite people watching spots. Located in the corner with an expanded outdoor patio leveled high, this is a relaxing morning place to be during the morning/afternoon time. I do admit to enjoying Starbucks coffee better, but the White Chocolate latte wasn’t so bad either. I like how there were many shaded area with umbrellas or tables without them. There are many things you can buy in the shop that are cute along with cookies and snacks.
