I have nothing but great things to say about this place! I bartend a couple doors down and I’m there at least 3 days a week. Great coffee, warm, friendly staff, and fast service :) I’m hooked!

Cool little coffee place. Excellent coffee and wonderful service. Minimalist type décor and plenty of seating in the back. It’s near the Christian Louboutin store and the restaurant Sur, on the west side of West Hollywood. There is metered parking on the street but it’s pretty sparse. There is a pay lot and a parking structure just feet away on El Tovar.

A calm and beautifully designed coffee shop with the nicest staff! I visited to get some work done and was really pleased with how much seating there was. The drinks are on the pricey side but really delicious! I got an iced tea cooler and a matcha latte.

Cute place to grab a cup of coffee with a friend. Décor is simple and contemporary. Staff were friendly. Coffee was tasty. They sell a small collection of Poketo items and a cool outside seating in the back.

Learned about this place through Instagram. West Hollywood isn’t the first place I think of when I’m trying to decide where to do some quick work at a coffee shop. This best way to describe where this place is located is between The Abbey and Sur Lounge. Everything in this coffee shop is carefully selected and ready to be photographed. I love the design inside with the blue and wood panels. There are a few tables inside to do work and there’s wifi! Make sure you check the outdoor patio which is really nice and there are really pretty succulents. I had a vanilla latte that was really delicious.

We love the variety here at The Assembly! Desserts, coffee, sandwiches, and even gifts! They have a small bookshelf with cute products that make perfect gifts :) Our favorite part is the brand aesthetics and atmosphere.

Third time in. Terrible absolutely terrible customer service. No greeting — no kindness. Simply a lot of attitude. I’m a business owner and I would hope someone would let me know if I had an employee like this.. I hope the owner reads this. The lady you have working for you as your manager(told me her name reluctantly, Janel) working today at noon as said manager. Should be sat down and taught striated and customer service. My Unilocal reviews are honest and candid. I have never had such poor customer service anywhere in WeHo as here. Clearly something should be said to your staff. Third time and I’m never going back. Coffee was okay but experience was pretty terrible and what’s worse is industry friends in the neighborhood all know of this girl and said same thing. Too bad to loose a new coffee place but a poorly staffed venue in WeHo shuts down fast. Alchemy the team is quite lovely. And the coffee and food is amazing. If you’re going here. Turn around and go one door over to ALCHEMY. YOULLBWTREATEDMUCHBETTER.

I’ve been here a few times now and always loved the service and the coffee. I prefer getting coffee here over Verve Coffee just across Robertson because it’s a lot less scene and more casual. I always enjoy a good conversation with the person making my coffee and The Assembly feels more comforting and approachable. I only wish there were more study tables — there are two in the back and they’re almost always taken.

This café is a great place to wind down a bit if you’ve been walking around West Hollywood. A lot of the people come here cause they like the minimal décor and the place is usually never crowded! They have a selection of pastries and drinks that tastes alright — I recommend getting the cortado, cold brew or chai latte! Overall the café is definitely worth trying if you’re in the area — great ambiance, friendly staff, and air-conditioned(so great during summer). The only thing I would say is that the drinks are slightly overpriced and could taste a little better.

Very modern style inside almost simplistic. I liked this. The lady baristas were very nice and smiling! Made you feel welcome. They have hemp milk which I hadn’t had before, they let me try a bit and then I had a latte with that. Very very tasty coffee as well! I will be coming back for sure.

Came here on Donut Snob Friday and I must say, it’s pretty interesting. The macchiato is strong in flavor yet slightly acidic than the ones I’ve had before. The s’mores donut taste like a cronut with a marshmallow on top. Overall I’ll be coming back.

West Hollywood is prime coffee real estate these days with Verve Coffee, Alfred in the Alley, and Coffee Coffee all in a less than 5 mile radius. The Assembly is among the artful bunch and is making beautiful use of a small space. They have a nice, minimalist design going on with clean lines and neutral tones, which I totally dig. There’s enough room for a few groups of friends to sit, but it’s not really a place to do work or study. Customer service is A1. When I stopped by on an early Friday morning, two ladies were running the bar and they greeted me right away with happy smiles as they chatted with one of their regulars. I was feeling up to trying something different so I ordered their honey latte and the barista kindly asked if whole milk was okay, which I really appreciate because I don’t have any allergies but I do prefer almond milk when I can get it(major plus: they use Califia Farms Barista Blend Almond Milk which is AWESOME and my favorite). The only sad part is my latte wasn’t impressive. This was my first experience with Counter Culture, their espresso blend of choice, and I found it to be kind of weak. Either that or the amount of honey in my latte really drowned out the flavor. Maybe I made a mistake in ordering the honey latte versus a straight up latte, but I was really hoping for something much more impressive. BUT, since their customer service was so great, I’ll likely be back to give them another try… maybe…Honey Latte + tip = $ 7. They should take notes from LaB Coffee on the $ 7 latte.

Sometimes you just need a nice tiny café in LA. And this is that place. Small with slightly overpriced(and very delicious) drinks and pricey($ 10) but super delicious sandwiches. Like prosciutto and fig jam. Yum. I had a cinnamon chai tea latte that was KILLER. If a bit of noise in a small space doesn’t bother you, I’d say this is a good place to come get some work done! Limited table and outlet space though. But otherwise, definitely recommend :)

It was a good mocha, and I’m always a sucker for latte art. I didn’t try any of the food, but I overheard an employee reading the names of the desserts they had to someone, and it sounded delicious. The store was clean and bright, which was nice. There were only 2 tables, each with four chairs, then a few barstools. Since I was there alone and another girl was there alone, there were no extra seats for more customers. Maybe a few two person tables would help. It was a nice restaurant, but the sitting area was a little stuffy. Opening a window or door would have been nice. There was maybe a table outside, out back, but there was no indication that I was welcome out there or that it was a part of their restaurant, so I didn’t go out. So overall, I enjoyed my time, the drink was good, but a few little quibbles gave the place a solid 4 stars.

Street parking only, $ 1.50 per hour for a maximum of 2 hours. I enjoyed this little hipster coffee shop. All of the décor is wooden and simple. There are small benches in the front to sit on as well as two tables in the back to sit at. I got an iced latte, which came a stemless glass like the type for wine. It was average for a latte and a bit pricey. I am definitely coming here again to study. They have free wifi. The music playing is very laid back, some indie rock with a little dash of fetty wap and other hip hop.

Newest addition to coffee shops in Los Angeles. Beans come from Counter Culture Coffee, not too bad! Lots of open space inside with tables and good lighting to do some work. Came here for a latte on a sunday afternoon, not a lot of people which was nice. The owner of the store was in and took care of my order. I asked her about her café and who has designed the interior, cause it is beautiful! Simple color palettes and unique designs made this place a joy to sit in. I spent a good amount of time talking to her about her store. Prices can pretty typical for any specialty LA coffee shop. Expect to spend more than $ 4 on coffee. But the price shouldn’t throw you off. You know what you’re getting into the second you walk in, and I believe it’s worth every penny.

Cute little Coffee Shop in WeHo. Décor is simple and clean but very spacious. The staff is super nice and friendly and their coffee is good. I wish the Ice Latte was a little more milky but it was refreshing nonetheless. P.S: 10% Off with Unilocal Check-In that I forgot to use :(

Love the space here, clean and modern! Iced almond milk latte was perfection here. Also bought some adorable cups with gold calligraphy on them.
