not too busy on a Saturday, was able to find a table right away. Pros — lots of tables, great place to study, corner shop with glass walls, lots of natural lighting Cons — what’s the point if the only outlets available are conveniently located on the ceiling? the AC is FREEZING

It’s such a coin toss at this place. I either get a great latte or a disgusting one every time I go. I have literally burned money here because of how many drinks I have to throw out when I leave after asking them to remake it sometimes over 3x and it still being gross.

Seems a bit pointless to review a Starbucks, they’ll get business regardless. With that being said, this area has so many coffee options… So here we go… This location is just bad… Continuously understaffed. Line is usually out the door with not much movement. One barista behind the bar and one cashier doubling as everything else that needs to be done. Most specialty and promo drinks are 86’d daily. What I assume is the stock room is always full of other staff members hanging out with an occasional peek at the line while on their phones. For such prime location, it’s a bummer they’re below par.

You guys need to get rid of all the bums hanging outside. Every day I go to get my coffee there are at least 3 or 4 bums outside setting up shop. It’s a real shit show!!!

Pretty much any problem you’ve had at a Starbucks is manifested here. Crowded, non-service animals walking all over the place, rude baristas, incorrect drinks, delayed mobile orders, filthy smokers on the patio… this place has it all. I ask for whipped cream on my drinks every day, and every day they don’t put it on. Every time. Today I asked for light ice and got a cup FULL of ice. Sometimes, you’ll put in a mobile order and won’t get it until you notice that people who came into the store and ordered are getting their drinks before you. Most of the workers are rude, incompetent, or a combination of both. You can occasionally get REALLY lucky, as there are about 3 employees that know what they’re doing and are polite. There’s a Coffee Bean across the street, but they’re always empty for a reason. Not the worst Starbucks in Los Angeles, but close. Try the Santa Monica/Robertson location if you can.

I’m a BIG Starbucks fan… But this location is dirty… Trash over flowing, floors sticky, tables abounded with used napkins, chairs all disarrayed, and crumbs all over the floor.(It’s about 1pm on a Wednesday) the one I usually go to is clean all the time. Bathroom wasn’t clean either(plus no paper towels). NOTETOMANAGEMENT: Clean this up and you’ll be 5 stars in my book! One other thing I wish this location played music!

This Starbucks is BUSY. A lot of people come through this corner location. Here are a few pros/cons. PROS: *Bathroom that is easily accessible. No wait for it. *Nice staff. *Outdoor seating as well as in door. CONS: *Loud. Not a place for studying. *A lot of people going through, so it’s a bit of a wait compared to some other Starbucks. Just be patient though, doesn’t take too much time. *Out of stock pretty early in the morning(10:30AM and out of all bagels except plain). The girl who took my order was nice and helpful. Only problem I really had with this location is they completely lost my drink order. If it wasn’t for the fact that I had ordered my dad something as well, I would have been standing there forever while people who came in after me got their drink. Thankfully, the girl who checked me out remembered me(because she didn’t give me a receipt) and actually gave me a size up in drink to apologize for the mixup. So meh experience but great customer service.

They have they’re good days and then they have their bad days. On good days they’ll get your order right, your drink will taste amazing, the store will be clean and stocked. On bad days they forget your drink, they don’t have napkins or cream/milk refilled. For the most part they’re mostly good, it’s on the busy times that most of them freak out and look stressed. I highly recommend using the mobile app to pre order and then just pick up your drink. It saves you a lot of time. If you’re not tech savvy or don’t want to pre order then get your tush inside the store before 730am to avoid the morning crowd. Good luck!

Ordered reserved Hawaii, after making me wait for 15 minutes they realized they didn’t have Hawaii. So I asked to make w/e reserved they had as I didn’t feel like dealing with the refund. So they offered Puerto Rico(another reserved coffee), I agreed. The girl who was making it had no clue what she was doing and kept asking for help from another one. When she eventually made Puerto Rico she did something wrong, so the cup was only half full, she then again asked for help from another one, who whispered something in her ear. Next thing I see the first girl goes to fill up the cup with either hot water or their regular pike blend. So I tell them, please don’t put anything in there I’ll take it as is. They pretend they don’t know what I’m talking about and just hand me the cup. Mind you they saw me looking at them and waiting for awhile. Infuriated I just grabbed a cup and left. The coffee tasted like sh*t, they diluted it with pike place. Incompetent and unacceptable.

Very close to upper-end home shopping stores and some nice clothing stores as well. So the spot is decent. However it’s a bit on the smaller size and usually the lines are long. They have an out door patio, but limits tables/chairs. No drive thru But hey, if you are not happy, their competitor, the Coffee Bean, is exactly across the street :)

Starbucks is great. You know what you are going to get and the baristas are usually very friendly and the service is quick. This starbucks is not one that I go to frequently. I really love Starbucks, but this location just has such a long line! Not only that, but the line didn’t move quickly. Most Starbucks have a quickly moving line but I was waiting in line for so long. I went back, thinking it was a one time fluke but the same thing happened. I’m going to go to other Starbucks locations instead. There’s no reason to wait that long in a line at Starbucks.

The shift manager(Cameron) who made my drink have me a very unprofessional and inappropriate reaction when I realized that I forgot to mention to make my frapacino with soy milk. He said«you couldn’t say it earlier?» I said sorry I forgot, I am lactose intolerant. And here what shocked me, he start to give me more attitude by saying«oh while people dying in Africa. Only in LA.» It was really misplaced and extremely unprofessional. They don’t have the sense of respect. Also store was almost empty and there was no line that if he had being swamped I would say well they are busy but it wasn’t. At the end of the day it’s $ 7 drink and customer entitle to a do over if he is lactose intolerant.

In the spirit of Monday(#bah-hum-bug), I thought I’d ring in this glorious morning with a good olé’ review update. Every now and again Kenny Ken tends to highlight on an establishment’s proficiencies as opposed to expounding on their inadequacies which seems to be the foundation for why some Unilocalers even create their account in the first place. With attempt at not allowing one botched bean to ruin my morning cup of Joe, I’ve returned to this location on multiple occasions now and it’s apparent that as the reigning Dizukkke of this joint, they’ve taken on the mantra of «Cheers» as EVERYONE clearly knows my name now! My sentiments have led me to hypothesize however that said aforementioned«botched bean»(…haha, see what I did there, BOTCHED + BEAN –?) comes in the form of a tall, blonde and relatively new disheveled employee that seems to think that she knows it all, …all the while knowing NOTHING. She could CLEARLY benefit from consuming her«product» prior to beginning her shift as God only knows how much I enjoy stumbling in with a post-weekend hangover and having to repeat my order only to have her botch it up. Be this as it may, I’m furnishing this location with 5(up from my previous 2) stars as they’ve somehow managed to, all in all, get it right. Unlike other locations, they open at FOUR(4) am and with exception of the above, they ALWAYS possess ear to ear smiles! Sunny, is nothing short of a breath of fresh air and manages to make my morning — daily, reminding me to at least so much as grab an apple alongside my typical 4 espresso shots…(breakfast is the most important meal of the day). And Ferny, just afforded this place their 5th star as unbeknownst to him, I’ll be returning after lunch, not to redeem the«Treat Receipt», BUT —— to retrieve the boots that he had on this morning! In conclusion, Bible readers will attest that within the ‘rapture’, the Lawd’ is alleged to return and call out the weary. O__o Well… fellow Unilocalers, consider me this morning’s second coming as this place has WITHOUT A DOUBT secured itself as being my morning pit-stop. While I tend to stumble in nothing short of «weary», I –ALWAYS– skip back out both«bright eyed and bushy tailed». #crack-in-a-cup (Sidebar: Do NOT park affront this place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings — Parking Enforcement is NOOOO– joke!) Thanks guys —

File this under ‘ — - people’s problems.’ I want to start off by saying that I should have brought this topic up while I was there at the time, but there was a long line behind me and I guess I was within my daily hour of ‘don’t complain mode’. So I screwed myself, but hopefully you won’t do the same. Normally I like this location enough where I’m just quickly getting in and out for my caffeine fix. However they overcharged me for one of those ridiculous(yes, I know) mini red velvet fraps they currently have going on. The amount was just under $ 6 with the added milk-which is understandable for Starbucks-but extra for the mocha chips and other ingredients? I’ve since gone on to get this at other locations, and it rounds out under $ 5. Rip off central, for sure. And remind you this was a freaking MINI. I’m assuming the grande or above would have been over $ 10? And dammit, this actually tastes good, which I why I repeated my mistake at other locations. Check your total, and don’t be afraid to bring it up if necessary.

I’ve read a few negative reviews here, I mean, this has been my only experience so far and the customer service was pretty good, staff seems pretty amiable. As far as space availability, there isn’t an awful lot indoors, but they do have a patio so if you’re desperate to hang out, you’ve got choices.

Great Starbucks located right in the heart of WeHo. The store itself is extremely clean/tidy and the service at this particular location was solid. This place gets extremely Crowded but the staff was able to handle the crowd and push through product extremely prompt. Overall, great Starbucks location but they could use a bit of help with their name spelling lol. Pros– Friendly Location Product served Cleanliness Outdoor seating Promptness Cons– No bathrooms Name spelling

This place used to be match more fun and customer friendly, before they have change the manager. With the new management she have changed the crew and the vibe has been changed completely and it is less welcoming and customer friendly. They used to had a great Baristas and super welcoming and friendly guys and gals, now they are cold and rude and slow. Barista like T. Y, Cameron, and Veronica the store manager, we even contacted their District Manger Jason Wong, but he didn’t do anything about it, I wonder why they put card on the sugar bar for feedback if they don’t listen. The place is not as clean as it used to be, their outdoor seating is always filthy, the wooden door by the bathroom is cover with dust on the wood panels. You don’t want to seat next to that panel or dust fall on your food and coffee. They should know that Coffee Beans is right cross the street and they do not have a coffee monopoly.
