This store is fully stocked. The staff is nice and helpful. The store is clean. If they are out if a color in the shelves ask for them to check in the back, 9 out of 10 times they will have it. They get huge shipments often.

The service is not bad, but I’ve noticed (and this goes for many other locations, too), that they are a little too lenient on the «professionals only» policy. Too many unlicensed friends or clients will come in and get away with it. This does not prevent diversion in our industry, and I wish that SalonCentric would be stricter on only serving licensed professionals… and to train their staff on product knowledge a lot more thoroughly.

you can only shop here if you’re a beauty professional. and i mean come on, ain’t i a professional beauty… it’s a salon place open to the trade only.
always pleasant to shop here because one of the associates here rudy is consistently a big bright ball of energy and fun. he’s always helpful, sweet, lively. i can never find what i’m looking for in here even though it’s a very tiny store, because product always comes, goes, changes positions (wow… sounds like some dudes i know…), and i never know where to look to find things. but rudy’s always very eager to unconfuse my confusion! and even if it’s not him, whoever is here has always been lovely and lively to work with.
prices here are wholesale to the trade so… i guess you can’t get much better than that!
if you go to this spot or anything in this strip joint (ie joe’s pizza, right next door) a parking word to the wise. park BELOW, because when you exit you have a light. if you park on the street level, there ain’t no way you will ever be able to make a left turn and go east on sunset if you need to. and if you go right to go west, it will also take you forever with the neverending traffic on sunset and butt forks who won’t even slow a second to let you in…
