I had my nostril pierced by Stephanie. She did excellent work! And it wasn’t nearly as painful as I expected, because she talked me through the entire thing — letting me know what to expect.
My nose ring is also really cute :) they give you this spray to clean your piercing that is super easy to use, which makes the healing time way more bearable. I will go back for my next piercing, for sure.

I have had one original tattoo done here a few years ago, two others touched up, and one nose piercing done — all were perfect.
Last week, I had Stephanie change out two piercings for me — a forward helix and new nose piercing. The jewelry I had in them before (not from Prix) were absolute crap and she got them out for me, and put a nice rose gold stud in my ear and a hoop in my nose. So much better! Neither piercing hurts anymore and I’m so thankful she was able to help me out.
My forward helix is not in a good position, again not pierced at Prix, so she is ordering a custom stud with a shorter post to try and make it more comfortable for me. I could not be happier with the service or quality of jewelry.
I think it might be a little expensive, but 100% worth it. You are paying for quality and expertise here, both of which you get. I completely recommend this shop for piercings and tattoos, they do great work!

I went here a while back because I’d never gotten my ears pierced. My friend took me to Roger, saying he was the best. I trusted her and had done a little research. I thought the knowing the basics, like cleaning, was enough. I was wrong.
First, I asked if I could use hoops. He said he’d give me small ones. Fine. But he didn’t tell me he’d use ones with ball closures. When I found out, they were already in. I hated them but couldn’t take them out without ruining everything. I get that he thought they were a good choice but I would’ve picked studs if I’d been given a choice.
Then he also decided, without asking me, to make the holes as small as possible. He didn’t even tell me I had options. In one ear, I have to poke around in the hole (I guess it’s not too painful) for ages before I sometimes luck into finding the other end. I would just keep my earrings in for months at a time to make things easier. But I gave up after a while.
I would’ve been better off going to a mall. I have no idea how he managed to make it more expensive and more horrible than it’s been for all my friends who got it done cheaply. Who the hell doesn’t give their customers options, or make them aware that they have them? I wasn’t paying him to make my decisions for me without informing me I had choices.

I’ve gotten pierced about 20 times and I wish I came here earlier. I got two cartilage piercings done here by Stephanie and I have to say, this is the most professional and dopest place I’ve been too. I will admit it’s a little pricier but you get your money’s worth for sure. This isn’t a place where you can make a quick stop to get pierced. They properly sanitize you’re jewelry, which takes about 15 minutes. They have a huge selection of jewelry that it was hard to choose from. Stephanie made me feel completely comfortable. Even though I’ve gotten multiple piercings, I almost always freak out and get a little bit of anxiety of inside. She made sure I was fine and even gave me water afterwards. I was originally going to get a triple piercing on my cartilage but she didn’t recommend that all once because I have a small ear and she doesn’t do more than 3 at a time. I’m glad she gave me her honest advice rather than just giving me what I wanted. she is extremely professional.
The reason why this place gets 5 stars over any other place is, my piercings have never gotten infected. EVERY other place has always told me to twist my ear piercings so they don’t close up. Here, they told me the complete opposite — to not touch it at all and that solution wasn’t necessary. The less I left it alone, the quicker it would heal. And Stephanie was completely right. I didn’t experience much pain throughout the healing process and it never got infected. Never had to use solution or twist and my piercing healed in under a year which isn’t very common for the cartilage especially when you get multiple done at once. I will be coming back to get the rest of my ear done here.

I have so many reasons to love this place! 1^st off– 2 girls working must teach customer service classss because they were both ssoo awesome to work with! I went in for a nose piercing and the girl at the front pulled out several trays of studs– all ranging in price. She made no assumptions one wich I would life, have great advise and helped guide me to the one i wanted. The second girl with lavender hair was even more outgoing, too! She checked to see if my old piercing was still open at all still (after 6 years) and it was! So I got the rose gold hoop I REALLY wanted AND then only charged me for the jewelry! I came here to get my septum piercing and the place was spotless.
Justin took great care of me. He disinfected everything in front of me, wore protective gear, and had a very gentle way about him. I read that septum piercings are painful but mine was virtually painless. Really talented piercer and a warm personality made the entire experience really enjoyable.

this place seriously ROCKS! I was looking around for piercing shops in LA to get my septum done.
when I went into the store it looked like an art museum, which I really digged! it was also the CLEANEST shop I have ever been in. I talked to the girl at the front desk and she was so nice! she gave me all the information I needed about my piercing! I ended up choosing this shop and I came back and met Stephanie (piercer) she was SO nice and welcoming, she made me feel so comfortable even though I was so nervous. I mean overall my experience was fantastic and I would totally recommend this place to anyone! I will definitely come back for any future piercings/​tattoos.
