Johnson’s Super Service

One star only because I count give them zero. Seriously horrid service. Can’t believe the way they act towards people.

Easily the worst service I have ever had. I had been towed before from the same location and gone to Johnson’s. When my car was towed from the same location again, I assumed it would be there again. However, Robert, the man behind the desk, was quick to berate me when my car was not there but rather at Hollywood Tow. When I asked if he had the number for Hollywood Tow he told me I was ignorant for not knowing how to dial 411, and asked if I wanted him to dial it for me. He continued to belittle me from within his glass shelter, even though I never yelled or was anything but polite to him. I have never been disrespected so much for so little, and it is a wonder anyone would employ a man like this.

I needed a tow from Sunset/​Vine to a local garage, I called around and these guys were the lowest in price, they quoted $ 60. I booked them and they said they were on it and sending someone right away. Since they are so close I estimated they would be there in 15 mins tops,…forty five minutes later I’m still waiting.
I called up and told them to cancel the tow as a friend offered me use of his AAA card, the guy on the line just went oh OK… clearly after forty five minutes he still hadn’t sent anyone out.
Low price (supposedly) but expect to wait a while…
