This is the fourth Custom Comfort Matress I have owned. I bought my first in college and have slept very well since. I still appreciate the quality, attention to detail and craftsmanship in Custom Comfort that I have not seen in other mattresses, even in high end hotels I have been fortunate to stay in.
On this last occasion I dealt with Mauricio at the West Hollywood store. He was very pleasant to deal with. His customer service skills, follow through, and ability to «under-​promise, over-​deliver» were outstanding, and rarely seen.
There may be more expensive mattresses or there, but none will give you this kind of quality and craftsmanship for the price. That’s rent I keep going back. You will too!

We love Dream, in fact we won’t get a mattress anywhere else but here. While I was pregnant (and very uncomfortable) we came into Dream and and got a different top for our mattress (which is a dream mattress and box) This new topper totally gave me he support I needed, and made the rest of my pregnancy so much better.
Since then, we have moved– and purchased a platform bed, and we got another mattress that was made specifically for a platform bed, and it is so comfortable. I have had some postpartum pains, but this bed has made them all better and I owe it all to this company!!! The service here is top notch– we are forever customers!!!
