Like prior reviewer, I bought an amazon local desk. I called to make an appointment and got, «hello ?» Um, when you run a business, don’t you answer the phone with the name of your company? Unprofessional. Made aN appointment. I called the day before to confirm and was met with confusion and amnesia to my appointment. Rescheduled appointment and guess what? They didn’t even show! What’s worse? Unprofessional phone etiquette, not remembering appointments, or failing to show up? If you have a voucher, call amazon and cancel it.

I hired Trust Carpet with an Amazon Local deal. Paid $ 89 for up to 5 rooms, but I only had two rooms. They tried to upsell me on an an extra deep cleaning fee for an additional $ 40. This has happened with every carpet cleaning company I’ve ever hired, I always reject the extra fee, and it’s always fine without it. But this company did such a quick & cursory job, and showed up 30 minutes before our scheduled one-hour window. I wasn’t at the house when they arrived(a friend let them in), so by the time I got there they were finishing. The room which they suggested the extra $ 40 fee looks just fine without the extra service. The other room was done a little sloppily, one area is a little darker and looks like they didn’t give it the attention it deserved. $ 89 for two rooms should have been given more care than this. Also, communication over the phone was poor and unprofessional. Not a terrible job, but I wouldn’t recommend this company.

These guys came the day after I called and did a great job. The house didnt smell like toxic chemicals(it just smelled clean) and they were able to clean 300 square feet of tile and seal it in about two hours. Will definitely use them again and recommend!
