E na minha opinião, o tempo de espera deste lugar é apenas fora do circuito. Meu Deus, graças a Deus eu estou passando fora daqui. Desde que alguém me enviou um «elogio«me dizendo que eu vou ser processado, eu vou editar a uma parte lol

I’ve been coming to Dr. David Friedman for 3 years now. When I first came in, I was a self conscious girl that wouldn’t smile. From day one he assured me that by the end of my treatment, I would be smiling from ear to ear each day… He was right. I’ve had my braces removed within the past few weeks & I am so happy with my results. It’s been a true life changing experience with him. Now I can smile & not worry what my teeth look like. Thank you Dr. Friedman for giving me the Beautiful smile you promised from day one. & thank you to the assistants for making my time just as comfortable as he did. I appreciate all the hard work & effort towards making me happiest I’ve ever been.

He always wastes time and his assistants don’t realize that people can’t stay for 3+ hours at orthodontist for 10 minutes of work That’s why I’m switching out of this place

BEWARE! THISMANIS A MANIAC! I took my son in November for a first time consultation. And the minute my son sat on the chair the man was treating us like we were garbage. He said our gov’t insurance was crap and most likely my son wouldn’t be approved but that he would submit a request for authorization. Almost two months go by and I call the insurance company to find out what the status of his authorization was, the insurance company told me that the doctor had never submitted anything and that they didn’t have even have records of my son visiting this orthodontist! I called the orthodontist office and I was told by his receptionist Julianne that I had to wait 4 – 6 weeks(when it had already been 6 weeks!) because they hadn’t received any response from the insurance company. I told her that I had just gotten off the phone with the insurance company and told her what they told me. She was quiet and put me on hold. Then she came back and said they had submitted it and she was going to check with the insurance, to give her another week and call back. CLEARLY they hadn’t done anything at all. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and waited a week. I called back today and without telling her who I was or reminding her about my son’s case I asked for an update. She said«We submitted the request on Friday and we need to wait 4 – 6 weeks for a response» WHAT??? Then I told her who I was and she put me on hold, the orthodontist came on the line and started yelling at me like a maniac, saying«Who do you think you are to say that my office didn’t do what they were supposed to do?» I tried to speak and he wouldn’t let me, and believe me I kept my cool the entire time. Then he said it was«stupid Obama Care»(which is not the insurance we have) that they didn’t have a clue and I shouldn’t expect to get anything from my insurance. He screamed everything he said and never let me speak, until I said«Dr. Friedman, please allow me to speak, I am your client and patient, where is your customer service?». I explained what the insurance company said and he put me on hold for 10 minutes. I waited while my blood boiled, but NEVER loss my cool. When he returned to the phone he was a little bit more calm but still rudely told me to do whatever I wanted and that if I waited then it would be for 4 to 6 weeks and not to expect my son to get approved. He’s awful. Go elsewhere, it’s not worth your time, money or effort!
