Walgreens

I like that it’s in an old movie theater. Like a 1950’s type of movie theater. Nothing different, though. It’s clean in there.

Good customer service when I ask for something they are prompt and will help or get the person qualified to come. They are timely and I appreciate that since I am on a tight schedule. Their variety is good I wish they were open ²⁴⁄₇

I’m going to miss this store. Not because they are going anywhere, but because I may be forced to switch drugstores by Express Scripts at the end of the year when they refuse to extend their contract with Walgreens. That’s a shame, because the pharmacists who work here seem more on the ball than the pharmacists who work at other drug stores nearby. (They shall remain nameless. But they know who they are.) And, Walgreens’ pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are always nice to me even when I’m sick and crabby and probably don’t deserve them being nice to me. But I notice and I appreciate it. Also on the plus side is the ability to fill prescriptions online, and the clean, well-​stocked store that has everything you’d expect a decent drug store to have, including cheerful cashiers. Whatever the store management is doing, they are doing it right. The only thing I can think of that would make this Walgreens better would be a drive-​thru for the pharmacy like at some of their other stores. But I don’t think they have space for it.
