I am so thrilled to have found a person like Alicia Bravo. I moved from California, and finding a great spa for Botox and fillers was extremely hard in CT. She is professional, reasonably priced, and very accommodating. I have been getting Botox for 10 years and she is one of the best!!!

I have been a customer of George’s now for over 25+ years. That in it self should tell you something right. The entire staff is great, friendly and great at what they all do! If you what a incredible facial, massage or healing you must go to the SPA! If you are looking for a outstanding haircut, color or any salon or spa service this is the place!

Wow! I had a great microcurrent facial today from Barbara, it totally exceeded my expectations. The treatment left my skin glowing and also left me totally relaxed. So worth it that I booked another while I was still there today!

As of Spring 2013, Off Center no longer offers mani/​pedi services. Their focus are Hair and Skin Care, multiple experienced technicians for both. Excellent location and parking. Walk-​ins welcomed.

Ever since I started going to Lany for brows I have not let anyone touch them. I don’t even trust myself. There have been weeks when I have been too busy to go in and I consider trying to do them myself, but I don’t because I know they won’t be as nice as when Lany does them.
I’m so happy that I was introduced to her when my sister had her bridal party here for mani’s and pedi’s before the wedding two Octobers ago. Shortly after that time I went to have my eyebrows waxed and have been going to her every two to three weeks regularly since then.
Lany is no longer at Off Center (as of last week) but she can be reached at 860.308.5601 for waxing and nail services.

By far one of the worst manicure experiences I’ve ever had! She was either texting on her phone or criticizing my eyebrows the entire time she was supposed to be doing my nails. What kind of customer service is that?!

I have been here twice for pedicures by Lannie. She is the best! Not only does she do a fabulous job; she is personable and fun to talk with. After years of not-​so-​great pedicures, I have finally found the right person!

Went here to use a groupon i got for a shellac manicure, executive pedicure, and wax with Lani. She was great, super nice and did a fantastic job! I especially loved the executive pedicure which includes a hot stone massage. My only complaint was that the other staff in the salon were not very nice, especially the receptionist. Overall I can’t speak for the other services, but I definitely recommend the nail service with Lani!

I purchased a groupon for a shellac manicure and a pedicure with Lani and it was great!!! She really went out of her way to make me feel relaxed! Lani has a great personality and she was really easy to talk to. She pampered my legs with a mask, heated wraps and booties, a nice massage oil and she did a wonderful job on my toes! My manicure was just as great and she even made a custom nail shade just for me!!! I will totally come back to see her for her services!!! I HIGHLY recommend her!!!

Absolutely the worst, rudder service I ever received. Never, ever again!

Great for mani-​pedi-​waxing; can’t speak for hair services since I just had nails and an eyebrow wax done. I purchased a Groupon (of course) for $ 49 for a shellac manicure, executive pedicure and facial waxing (can’t beat it) and made my appointment with Lanny (Lonnie?). She is a super-​sweet, friendly lady that will make you feel right at home. The pedicure was heaven (especially with the warm stone massage), the shellac manicure was great and my eyebrows are tamed once again. Obviously the Groupon deal got me in the door but I will definitely be back for that executive pedicure in the future. My only complaint (and it’s not really a big one) is why they make all new customers purchase a $ 5.00 nail kit? I’ve never heard or had to do this before. I like that this ensures your nail equipment is new (and therefore clean) but not quite sure why? Are you supposed to bring it back each time? That seems kind of silly…
Regardless, I had a great experience and I highly recommend this place.
