Yesterday someone came out and put up the missing portion of our lights and it looks fabulous. Thank you thank you thank you. I do appreciate it being done.

Go somewhere else… They are terrible! We have used wright two different times. Once in the fall 2014 and once spring/​summer 2015. We were please with the work in 2014 which is why we went back in 2015. The experience in 2015 was horrible. They didn’t follow up when they said they would. When they did finally do the work is was shoddy and not overseen well at all. The plants look terrible to start with and were in some case barely planted below ground. We had plants that were planted right next to each other (not only did it look silly, it was clear that one or both plants were going to die.) When we called to complain we received deniability and no results. The last straw was when they surprising said they were coming out to replace a few plants that did not survive the winter (one year warranty). We told them which ones and the arborist acknowledged she understood. Instead of replacing the dead plants they removed heathy plants and planted new once in their spot and left the dead ones. Again when ask about it, the arborist claimed that she directed the staff to replace the correct plants. We asked for answers but of course they are now not responding.

They have done a lot of work for us over the years, everything from taking trees down in their entirety (including grinding out stumps) to seasonal pruning, and they are reasonably priced (not the cheapest, but far from the most expensive) and, more importantly to me, clean workers who don’t leave behind tons of trimmings, branches, etc. when they are finished (which happened with two other tree services I have used through the years). They are also extremely friendly and show up when they promise, which again, I have found to be sadly too rare in their industry.

They charged $ 500 for plan design that they said could be used as a credit towards trees. They didn’t honor credit. Claimed they had no record — but I have the plan in my hand. Never got a call back from management. Too bad. I had a lot if work to be done.
