How annoying and rude. The kid working up front kept going to the back to talk to his co worker. If you’re going to be chatty at least be upfront to attend your customers.;/

If you want some yogurt, consider looking at another nearby location. This place is a disappointment. Most of the yogurt were running low and some were all out. I usually only get pistachio and the original flavor. The original was out and the pistachio yogurt that I got was melting as I pull the white trigger. I tried samples of other flavors and all of them were melted as well. When I got to the toppings section, there were chocolate pieces mixed in with the popping mango. I understand that’s out of the employee’s control since the customers can be really careless… but I don’t understand why all the yogurts are melting.

The word went around that they were offering free yogurt for their Grand Opening last Saturday, Sept. 12th the whole day, so off we-(my hubby, my grand daughter,(aged 4 years old) and myself) went. Unfortunately, we went there @ 4PM and was told that the«free yogurt» is over. Anyway, we decided to stay and pay for our yogurt. My grand daughter saw all the balloons and got so excited that she asked the cashier if she can have one. She(I should have glanced at her name tag but I did not), rudely told her that«NO, YOUCAN’T HAVE A BALLOON. I would understand if only she talked in a gentle manner but she was truly rude. After that, another lady employee came out and starts cleaning the sitting area and again, my grand daughter asked her for a balloon. Would you believe, she gave exactly rude response–«NO, YOUCAN’T HAVE A BALLOON». I was so frustrated and dismayed by these rude treatment to a child. We will never patronize your place ever again and I will tell eveyone I know to take their business at the Yogurtland in West Covina Parkway because the employees there are much more trained on how to deal with customers. We are paying customers so we do not deserve your snotty treatment. A hands down for this place!

My favorite place in the dessert world. I love getting the plain tart with cheesecake, captain crunch, gummy bears, mangos, dark chocolate, and brownies as my toppings. My husband enjoys the chocolate cookies and cream flavor! Just do it.

I’ll let you know now of a couple of factors that have changed my view on Yogurtland: I am a PinkBerry(Plain) kind of girl & I worked at FroyoLife for a couple of years. That being said, I wouldn’t say I am an expert or anything in frozen yogurt BUT I can certainly tell the difference in great tasting froyo and eh tasting froyo. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy Yogurtland’s plain flavor just fine but a lot of their other flavors taste too artificial and often too sweet. I used to go to Yogurtland often a few years ago before my employment at FroyoLife and definitely before my breakup with artificial flavoring and excess sweets. But mostly, I went to Yogurtland for their collaboration spoons with Sanrio. I collect those cute little buggers. That is the #1 thing they are doing right: their continous collaborations with major brands and well, games now too(currently Candy Crush Soda). This location is brand new and a lot bigger than the ones I’ve been to. I like that there’s actually room in between the tables, lol! The customer service is good and the manager(?) is friendly. One thing though that I feel I should mention is that they do charge a «dine-in» tax. Meaning that if you plan to stay and eat, there’s a tax. If you take to go, no tax. Pretty simple right? The only thing is, if you plan to eat it right away but not necessarily in their establishment, well, I guess it’s still considered dining in. No worries, it’s only 9%.

So happy this place just opened next to my house! I walked in and was greeted right away. I know it’s new but they kept it really clean considering it was really busy when I walked in. :)

It just opened! Typical sized Yogurtland store with ample seating. I’m really surprised they opened one here in this area. I guess our little neighborhood is improving now and that’s great! This particular bldg has been vacant for years so its nice to see it alive again! I haven’t had Yogurtland in yrs and when I had it tonight, it reminded me how much I love Yogurtland. Their yogurts are so delicious and creamy!

This place just opened! I’m happy to finally have a Yogurtland so close to me now! It is located between Sprint and Waba Grill, on the corner of Amar Rd and Azusa Ave in the Island Plaza. Parking is a bit of an issue since they only have about 12 parking spots right in front, but there is more parking located by the bank. It’s a bit smaller than most Yogurtlands, but has everything you need! The cashier was friendly upon walking in and offered sample cups right away. They had the typical of 9 or so machines with 2 flavors each(or swirl) and a wide array of different toppings, all do it yourself/to your liking style.
