Lily is an amazing manager. Everything runs so smoothly when she’s here. The dining room is clean. Orders are correct and hot and fresh and fast. And they even come by your table and ask if everything is okay if you’re here long enough.
Eddie is a superstar here. They need to promote him. Chris is always very polite. Some of the girls here have an attitude problem but a couple are friendly.
There is a male manager here and when he’s here don’t expect anything special. The place is usually a mess when he’s here. But if Lily is here you will have a good experience. :)
This taco bell makes all other locations look really bad. Don’t expect the service you get here at any other location. You won’t get it.

Best. Taco. Bell. Ever. Seriously, the food at this location is hands down better than any other Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The people here make the food with care and it shows. I live much closer to another Taco Bell that is also 24 hrs unlike this one, but I always purposely drive further to this place and if it’s after closing then I just won’t go to another one. It’s just not the same. Besides the food quality being markedly better, the customer service is on point. The manager Veronica is an absolute delight, and Ryan S. is The Man! They are always super friendly and don’t hesitate to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. This location with its excellent service alone really raises the bar for what you’d usually get at other fast food places.

The people who work the drive-​thru are always very friendly and gave never messed up my order. However, wait times are above average ar this location, especially inside the restaurant. Last night I went inside to order and the restaurant was FILTHY. I do not think I have seen a dirtier Taco Bell than I saw this one last night. Not to mention there is no «all employess wash hands» sign anywhere in the restroom, as mandated by law. It makes me question the cleanliness of the food preparation areas.

Customer service was okay but fantastic food. Excellently prepared! I got the 7 layer burrito and it had equal amounts of all the stuffing. Great size and tasted fresh.

The triple steak stack was heavily seasoned and salty. I, personally, do not recommend this. It looks good on the picture tho

New to Unilocal and thought, who provides great customer service consistently? This Taco Bell:) I know that sounds weird, but I’ve been coming to this location since I was able to leave the house on my own and have always been treated hospitably and efficiently. Hard workers deserve recognition.

When one talks about Taco Bell, a typical response would be «eww dirty & rude customer service». Well, this particular Taco Bell in South Hills Plaza West Covina is awesome! Not only is the facility neat and clean but their customer service is excellent! Used the drive thru and Arlen E. sounded very friendly, polite and clear. Not your typical drive-​thru robotic monotony voice. Keep it up Taco Bell, these team deserves a recognition and a pay raise.

Been coming to this locations for at least 10 years now. This was the Tacobell location in which I became a big Tacobell fan. I’m back in my hometown from school for the summer and decided to have a quick lunch. The lead/​shift leader was really nice because she while she was cleaning the tables. She went to every single customer (including some middle schoolers that were just sitting and drinking soda) if everything was great.
Their services are great.
Minus their service with breakfast. Expect a king wait when they prepare your breakfast meal for you. I can’t really much blame them since Tacobell is still pretty new with their breakfast.

This is THE only Taco Bell that always get my order right! Any other one I’ve been to always gets something wrong. Also, they keep this one clean.

Rice, black beans, romaine lettuce, chicken, grilled corn, diced tomato, onion.
Topped with a mix of (what I think was) cilantro dressing & a light avocado sauce.
WINNER!!!
I normally can’t & shouldn’t eat fast food because of my diabetes.
This, I can eat AND enjoy!
I’ve tried the bowls at Chipotle and Taco Bell’s version has them beat. The portion serving is bigger and the cost ($ 4.99) is way less.
I love this so much that I wrote to Taco Bell via their website to «Please please PLEASE keep this on their menu as a permanent item!»

Aww man I don’t know whats been going on with me lately but I’ve been hitting Taco Bell pretty hard these days.
Its gotta be cause I’m on a chicken taco kick but i would much have those yummy warm delicious cilantro and onion with every bite street tacos u can find at your corner taco truck but lets face it they aren’t always around when that craving hits!
So lately i’ve been finding myself here at the drive thru line and sometimes inside when i need to get those extra fire packets.
Service wise i can say has always been consistently good, not great but not terrible. Its Taco Bell so i don’t expect everyone there to love there job and always be chipper and happy but whatever as long as they do whats required I’m cool.
Once again the food is your standard Taco Bell food, what u can always expect to find in every location.
psssst… anyone with a good tip on a yummy chicken taco that’s 24 hour in my area then let that secret out!

Cheap taco dinner when you don’t want to cook!

I hate this taco bell and that’s being generous. There is this worker in there (they probably know who I am talking about) who ALWAYS messes up an order. She doesn’t listen whatsoever and will blame it on the customer when the order comes out wrong. Even the co-​workers clearly get frustrated with her.
I live directly across the street from them but go almost a mile away to another location.

This Taco Bell always screws up my food. People who work there don’t want to be there. And it isn’t cheap. Their value menu is worthless and very small portions. They charge for using debits or credit cards
