Horrible place. The kids are unsupervised and destroy everything in the courtyards. When you say something to the parents they just shrug it off or curse you out. Ghetto ass families, horrible le management that’s just here temporary while they flip the place. There’s been 3 managers in the last 2 years and a new clerk every 2 months. The maintenance guys are only here working cuz they live here and stay in the nicest, and most secure inner Apartments by office and entrance. This place has gotten more and. more ridiculous as I’ve been here. I’ve seen other complaints abut rent going up and that part is bull. The people complaining are the ones on month to. month that management didn’t catch and now they are at market month to month. The entitled Ghetto live here. The kind that drive a Mercedes and collect EBT and call you the horrible contribution to society for wanting to close the gate behind you. Ooh and the biggest trouble maker of all the kids is the maintenance guys son. Breaks the $ 2000+ BBQ the day after its installed. I have video and pics of these kids jumping up to the second storie balconies and taking things. It’s an absolute madhouse. Homeless people live in the laundry rooms and break in even though they lock you and your clothes out at different times every night.(been locked out at 7 with work clothes in dryer) People leave their pets home barking non stop, all day, Windows open… if you work night shift you’ll never sleep. Parking is a nightmare and had my car towed and not reimbursed even though my rental agreement has my parking spot written on it and my VIN matches. Just keep scrolling to the next apartment listing. This is by far one of the worst apartment complex ice been in and I am happy to leave. If I could afford the BS buyout I definitely would and terminate early. Police are here AAAALLLL the time doing parole searches and arrests. conducting criminal drug and weapons raids, gang fights, vehicle vandalism on the streets and on property. (Sorry for the grammar. I’m pissed off. Don’t be like me) DONOTGIVETHESEPEOPLEYOURMONEY… DONOTMOVEINHERE… !!!THISIS A HORRIBLEHORRIBLEAPARTMENTCOMPLEX!!!

Update: About 10 of my neighbors here woke up to find that all four of their tires had been slashed in the middle of the night. Just Yesterday. When the tow truck came, he said that we should sue the management and that they should have put up cameras and increased security after the first time this happened. After the first time it happened??? Apparently this had happened before according to him. This place is BADNEWS

do not move here! maintenance is bad. they don’t follow up on any work order that tenants submit and not to mention, the place is fulled of gang members. they sleep all day but they are out all nights. people are even afraid to go out of their department. these gangs bring other gangs and it is awful. police comes and goes almost daily but they do nothing. they drink beers in the building by the aile, the pool, the laundry room and don’t care. do not move in here!!! place is not safe!!! you see people sleeping on the halls; laundry room, bottle of beers on the floor and bags of drugs… awful place!!!

HORRIBLENASTYPLACE! The day I was going to move in I was super excited not knowing it was going to be a huge disaster. I was about to do my walk through and I get to my apartment and guess what I’m greeted with? Over 40 dead/half dead roaches in front of my apartment. Like REALLY? Do you people not check anything before hand? That is beyond disgusting. I’ll keep it short and simple. This place is garbage.

This place is terrible! There are roaches everywhere, gang fights happening right outside of my apartment front door, dogs barking at all hours of the night at day, car alarms constantly going off, upstairs is SO loud I can here every word and ever step which is exemplified due to poor floor structuring, way over priced, terrible counter space or lack there of, and windows who’s existence is purely for cosmetic purposes as it blocks no noise from outside whatsoever. I have turned in multiple complaints, filled out a stupid survey supposed by Conam who supposedly bought out the complex and was going to make it better, I have talked in person to the landlord on several occasions about all of these issues, and for the 6 months I’ve lived here none of these were addressed or fixed. My husband won’t even let me take my dog outside by myself because it’s not safe! a lot of the tenants are nice and pleasant to be around but the easy access for strangers to come and cause problems is a huge issue. they have a 24 hour guard but he’s on call?! He should be patrolling constantly, especially at night! I don’t feel safe knowing I’ll get stabbed and maybe 30 minutes later after I call the guard will show up and what… chase the guy. Conam is an extremely successful company so there is no excuse as to why security can’t be increased tenfold. there are families here and a school down the street, security should be the utmost importance. However, if your desperate and need a place asap while you get on your toes this place is acceptable, just be sure to have mace on you and be extra safe when walking around at night. Also, I miss Iris. she didn’t put up with people’s bullshit. she was clearing out the riffraff so yes she was a touch cookie. however if you were a good tenant not causing problems she was a wonderful advocate for making you happy!

I’ve lived here 2 years. I pay $ 1295 + $ 60 a month for utilities. I just got a notice that my rent will go up to $ 1885 in January. That’s a $ 600 increase. When I spoke to the manager about it, she said, if you don’t like it, you can move out. «This property is not worth the money they’re asking. Rent is so high that the residents that have moved out are still living in their parking spaces in their cars. They have no where to go. There are so many meth addicts living in the parking lot. The police are here at least 5 times a week. I was woken up the other day by a police k 9 at 3:30am, it was another raid. Listen if you’ve fallen on hard times and have bad credit, if you just need a roof over your head, this is where you go. If you have kids and want to raise them in a safe environment then don’t live here. All the families have left. I have 3 kids and I’m leaving too. I’ve had my apartment broken into, and my husband has had a gun pulled on him in the parking lot. We are peaceful people and we always pay our rent. The apartments are nice, and very big, but the neighborhood is bad. There are still a lot of dope dealers and dope addicts living here. It’s not worth the money, but if you have to do it, get renters insurance. I almost forgot, my neighbor had a break in the other day. He was getting his mail, and a man entered while his 3 year old was in the living room alone. He walked up behind him and kicked his ass all the way out the front gate. It’s on youtube. Last week my husband kicked out one of the local tweakers because he caught him digging through our laundry. This place could potentially be great, but they’ve got a tweaker epidemic. And fyi there is a registered sex offender living here. Good luck

I DONOT recommend these apartments to anyone. The lady in the office Iris is always rude and has no customer service skills. They are nice to you when trying to get an apartment but once you move in that all changes. They also never return any phone calls when there is an issue with something in the unit. The water in this place also sucks… if u have to shower early in the mornings don’t count on there being hot water. If you need a place to live you should use these apartments as a LAST resort.

I got a rental there and my tenants are happy living there. They almost 15 years they settled on my apartment. Among the 20 rentals I have this seems the happiest tenant.
