I appreciate this place.
Will be coming back for maintenance whether it’s for nails, facial, brow tattoo or hair service.
It is a quaint place without the incense smell all other nail salons have. (Asian nail salons)

Everyone here takes pride in their work and does a good, thorough job. Good pricing as well. Loan’s threading is awesome.

When I first walked in everybody was incredibly nice and I did not feel intimidated whatsoever in terms of explaining what exactly I wanted. I came in with my own nail polish and there was absolutely no issue with using my own products. I asked for a specific nail design which was the coffin cut long nail and she happily and very carefully made sure that my nails are looked beautiful. They took their time and fixed any imperfections they saw fit. I was offered eyebrow wax but since I am allergic I’m mentioned that I would love if there was threading. They mentioned to me that there was threading and that they would be happy to help me with that I opted in for that and lip and chin. They were incredibly nice to me welcomed me in an amazing matter and I just want to say you have a repeat customer who will happily recommend you to all her friends because it was the best service I have ever had as a nail salon and I walked out of there with the pep in my step to say the least. Sadly I forgot the names of two of the people who help me but I do know that all of the people there were incredibly sweet! Thank you again my total came out to be $ 36 but I made sure to give each of the two woman who helped me a tip as well!

Regards to getting my full set w/​Acrylic. I walked in and there were about 4 staff available. Lin did my nail. She was rushing it. There were bubbles in my acrylic, major spaces between my cuticle and the acrylic, underneath my nail were a bunch of glue! While Lin was using the buffer it burned my nail 3x’s. OUCH!!! There were also some missing spot where she didn’t paint. After she finished painting my nails, she didn’t really clean the mess around my nail. Plus I found a cut on my finger prob when she was filing my nail. OUCH again!!!
Overall it looks like the sloppiest manicure I’ve ever had in my life! Save your money and get your mani n pedi somewhere else with better service and not an elementary job.

I went with my cousin to get our brows done and mentioned that Loan was the person to go to. She was so nice and friendly. I loved the way she took her time in making sure our brows were amazing love that way they came out definitely coming back again

My 1^st time here and it may have been good timing on my part, but I was in and out in less than 45 mins. I got a gel mani and pedi. They took me right away. They were nice, polite, courteous and although they did fast work, they did not seemed rushed. The massage for my pedi was great! My total was $ 30+$ 1 for cc. One thing I don’t like though, is having to reach over for my mani, while gracefully try to balance myself for my pedi.

This review is only for the eyebrow service. Let me tell you, this place is the holy grail place to do your eyebrows! And it’s only for $ 7! What a steal! The lady who does eyebrows here, Loan, is very thorough. She’ll thread first then pluck with tweezers to get that clean look. My eyebrows be looking on point when I left this place. I used to go to Kaya Threading in Rosemead, but they’d always over-​thread and I’d be left with super thin brows. Here, my eyebrows are the perfect size and shape. I’ll be a long time customer here!

Loan has been doing my eyebrows for years. I try and to make it in twice a month but sometimes I’m far to busy to stop by. Loan always does an amazing job keeping my eyebrows shape just enhances it with a nice clean up. Loan does my whole families eyebrows mom, sister, dad, aunts and uncle’s we love her and she is worth the wait. I always recommend this place to all my friends and family. It’s a little hidden gem to get the perfect brows.

Absolutely worst service and nails of my life! I’m only a student but do way way better and should have again! Who in their right mind would leave this place a good review?! It’s dirty, unorganized and they are rude! If I ask for my nails that I’m paying for a certain way then that’s what I want! I wanted light pink not brown and the shapes are horrid! If she doesn’t know how to do long acrylics then say so, don’t leave me with mountains of crap. Save yourself the frustration because I have enough for everyone. I’m furious and I can’t believe. I have to wear this crap. Close your crappy shop Down.

I just moved into the west covina area so I had to find a new eyebrow lady :(
I saw many good reviews from Long’s customers and I decided to give her a try.
My eyebrows were totally bushy, and my natural arch was all grown out. Given that my eyebrows are short, getting a nice arch is hard. Long did a nice job on my eyebrows. She made them very clean, and sharp. She did make my eyebrows a little thiner than I prefer, but nothing drastic. I do love how my eyebrows came out.
Looks like I found my new eyebrow lady with my first try!

My mom has been coming here for years to do her eyebrows and i started coming here too. LoAn does eyebrows great the inly thing i would recommend is tell her you dont want them thin bc she usually thins them out ._​. ! Just got my full face threaded/​waxed and it feels so smooth. Would reccomend to anyone! They also do great pedicures for a good price.

This review is mainly for Lynn. I believed that’s her name. Got a manicure and pedicure done by her. I’m very picky about how I want my nails done and she did an amazing job. Definitely exceeded my expectation. She paid very close attention to details. She’s very sweet and attentive and took her time to make it perfect! I received so many compliments for her work. Minus one star for the place. It’s kinda small and doesn’t appear to be very clean and organized. I will still be coming back for to get my nails done by Lynn despite of the place being a little dirty. I really loved her work. Thanks Lynn!

Great place for a haircut at a solid price. I like this place because there’s a cozy feel when your there especially with Christy cutting your hair. There’s always something to talk about with her which is probably one of the reason I keep coming back. Everyone else there are all nice as well

The best threading place. I get mine done by Christy and my daughter gets hers done by the owner. Their prices are decent.

Long is an expert in threading and hair removal. I’ve been getting my eyebrows done by her for years. The prices are great and the customer service is awesome. Many of the workers have years of experience. Come visit if you want to be pampered with care!

The only salon I trust going to get pampered. Christy takes care of my hair every 2 months. (must admit I have wonderful long healthy hair!) Long takes care of my brows. Jenny and other staff takes care of my nails.
They’re all very friendly, professional and super sweet!

I got my eyebrows waxed and thread there by loan and my gel manicure by Jenny. my pedicure and a haircut by Kristy. They are all super friendly and sweet! I love this place. The prices are really reasonable. And they do a really good job, they took their time with everything. Definitely recommend this place!

I have been coming here since I was in H. S, many years. Long does my eyebrows and she does an amazing job! Everyone always asks me who does my eyebrows because they come out look great!! Lynn did my nails and she kept making sure I loved them, I’ve had my nails done here by everyone, and everyone does a great job, I recommend them to anyone I know!

Got a men’s style haircut here. Took so much time and detail and I was really happy with the job! Price is also really great for the quality of the service.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon and waited maybe five minutes. Lin did my nails and she was awesome. Aside from a sweetheart, she was super careful with my nails. She made sure I was content with my nails before moving on to the next step. Definitely will be back!!!
