cocido, posole, menudo!!! yum yum yum! i always look forward to eating here when i go to the swap meet & actually… half the time i only come to the swap meet to eat here! something i’ve been doing since i was a kid so this food truck will always bring back those childhood memories. the huevos rancheros are also to die for as well as the carne asada tacos. quite possibly the only food truck that works like a mini restaurant because they serve to your table & clear it when you’re done eating then you pay afterwards! talk about full-​service! family owned & everyone is so nice to you =) makes you feel like you’re over their house & having a wonderful homecooked meal!
