Though I was annoyed with the wait, the optometrist of this place is EXCELLENT. He is very thorough, kind, and professional. I recommend this place for anyone who needs an excellent eye doctor. The receptionist is a bit annoying, but all in all it is a good place. once I came in because my glasses were broken. I thought they could help me put in a hinge… well, the receptionist put tape around the part that was broken. she said it was the best they could do. what a joke. but again, the optometrist is great… just the receptionist not so much.

I’ve been going here for my glasses and contacts for years now, and I have to say I love this place. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful; if I ever have a question or concern, they are more than willing to guide me through it. The doctor is stern but always wants what’s best for his patients. He definitely knows what he’s doing and explains things very clearly and understandably. Overall, I would highly recommend this place! Great service, quality frames, knowledgable staff — what more can you ask for?

The staff was very nice and accommodating. However, when they perform a procedure they do not explain the procedure nor what to expect. The Optometrist was rude and impatient. I had my very young child assessed and he did not know how to speak to him. He would ask him a question and not give him time to answer. He was irate when he could not answer him quick enough. I received an important text from work and I looked at it while he was on the computer charting and he got upset with me and said this is more important than whatever I am doing. The Optometrist has no bedside manner to both adults and children. I will not be returning to this place again. How unfortunate that my son’s first eye exam is a horrid one.

So I had my very first eye exam ever this past Friday and it was a breeze! My siblings and aunts and uncles all come here for their eye care needs and referred me to come in. Very glad I did. The staff was very friendly and patient and the doctor was very thorough informative through the examination process. Although, I didn’t have an appointment they were able to accommodate my «walk-in» exam. Nice clean store with many many options as far as frames are concerned. I ordered a pair same day and Monday(today) my glasses are ready for pick up. Keep in mind that I got the works on my lenses. Polycarbonate, anti-glare Transition lenses. I’d say that’s pretty fast! I will be back for more frames. Looks like found my eye doctor of choice! Thanks Pacific Optometry.

My family have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for more than 6 yrs. His examination is meticulous and thorough. I’ve got myself a number of different frames thru out the years like Ray Ban, Oakley, Boss. For my 9yr old she loved the Ray-Ban and my wife she picked a beautiful Tiffany frame for reading and Ray-Ban for sunglass. So all in all, I would recommend Pacicific Optometry, a good doctor and with great service, consistently delivered on-time and on schedule.

My family and I have been coming to Pacific Optometry to visit Dr. Nguyen and his staff for about three years now due to a referral, and my goodness it was a great referral! We usually come here to get our eye exams done every year. It’s quick, easy, and painless with the new technology this office uses. Just make sure to make an appointment by phone to have smooth transitions. Another note, call in to see if your prescribed glasses are ready to go — they usually have it done within a few days so it’s really quick! The office provides a wide arrange of services such as regular eye examinations, eye care, and specialized eye exams for specific diseases. When entering the office, there are stacks of sealed cases on the walls filled with an assortment of glasses. Most of the glasses frames are from Gucci, Prada, Oakley, and much more. The cost of the frames aren’t expensive compared to other offices I’ve been to in the past. The major bonus about this office is that they can take any frame you have and put on the glassware! This is great because if you shop smart at cheaper retail stores such as Walmart or Costco, you can save a lot of money and still get a great product! The glassware can be tinted through many choices. I’ve only looked at the anti-glare for driving and the poly-carbonate for scratch-resistance at a lighter and thinner lenses. I believe the office also can prescribe contact lenses, though I’ve never used them myself. Another tidbit about the office is that they do prescribe some eye solutions, but it’s been a while since I asked for some so I’m not sure if they still provide this service. This office takes most insurances, but just to be on the safe side — call in and double check. The staff here are very friendly, helpful, and easy to handle. All the staff members are fluent in at least two languages(mainly English and Vietnamese). They always make sure that the customers and patients are satisfied before they leave the office and are always ready to accommodate upon returns. I remember a time when I wasn’t satisfied of how the lenses felt when I put on the glasses and had complained about it. The staff at Pacific Optometry fixed the issues right away at the office and I couldn’t be happier. Final Verdict: The office is very clean and bright with a wide variety of frames and lenses. I highly recommend this O.D. to anyone in this area and I’ll be glad to come again!

My first experience was very easy and hassle free. A lot of choices and different styles which is great. Unfortunately my second experience wasn’t all that amazing. Went back in after about 6 months because my frames started to sit crooked. I keep my glasses in my case all the time and there only reading glasses so there not being worn every day. There was not a single customer in there besides myself at the time and they were a bit resistant to help out. One of the ladies even asked me if I sat on my frames. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt that she meant it as a joke. None the less it was an accusation directed at the customer and coupled with the lack of enthusiasm to fix them was just not good customer service. I gave them 3 stars because my first experience was relatively painless. But as a returning customer if anything is to be expected is to have an even better experience then the first or at the very least the same. This time they fell short of that mark.
